The service is terrible as was the food. Portions were rather lacking and the omelets we ordered were delivered dry. The establishment itself was dirty, and the price for 3 people to eat breakfast is more than what we usually spend on dinner elsewhere.

Food had not arrived yet and I had to tell the server 6 times what we ordered. She brought me the wrong drink at first. Later my strawberry lemonade had syrup running down the side… No silverware but she brought our side dishes of fruit to look at. My 5 year old ate his with his hands and threatened to do the same to mine. Still waiting for the entrees. Food finally arrived… More than 20 minutes later. The server brought extra dishes of fruit because she forgot she gave it to us already. She gave us 8 pairs of drinking straws. I asked for silverware 3 times. They did not give us forks… Omelets and pancakes require forks to eat. I took my son to the restroom, the lady at the other table told me they were going to clear our table… Also the emergency exit alarm went off several times. She messed up everyone’s orders at other tables.

We came here for breakfast with my dad and all ordered the steak breakfast. We were hugely disappointed when we were told that we would need to pay a fee to switch the pancakes out for French toast. No wonder the reviews are so low for this location.

ZEROSTARS!!! I have never been to a place so horrible in my LIFE. I went to this restaurant with my kids and had a terrifying experience. Not one but BOTH my kids got FOODPOISONING from eating there meals. That’s not the worst part then when I called to tell them my kids got sick have been vomiting with diarrhea since they ate there. THEOWNER told me to SHUTUP because her food did not make my kids sick! Even when i showed them a note from my kids doctor! Really, this is your customer service, i am disgusted with this restaurant I will never step foot in there again. Thanks for the NASTY food and the awesome customer service that you did by yelling at me and telling me to SHUTUP!

Slow service, poor scheduling, one poor over worked waitress in the whole place, the cooks time management was awful, biscuits burnt, gravy cold, country fried steak was good eggs over easy were good hash browns almost rock hard from being under the heat lamp too long. Next time will drive the extra 10 minutes to Stockton, the ihop on hammer is always great.

Lack-luster service. Terribly weak coffee… grateful they removed from my bill. Nearly $ 10 for 3 pancakes. Seems very expensive for flour and eggs. But the worse thing was listening to the debate of who was going to serve the lady in the corner with the basket. Shameful.

This ihop is better than some of the others in the valley. Their service is prompt and the food is good. You know that they are wearing gloves. The servings are what they are. I always want chocolate chip pancakes but my eyes are always bigger than my stomach. I decided to treat myself today and I wasn’t disappointed.

Very surprised by some of the reviews for this place. My teenage daughter and I came for lunch on a Sunday. It was pretty busy. We were seated right away and our server came minutes later to greet us and take our drink order. We both ordered chocolate chip pancakes(heavenly!), eggs, hash browns and sausage. Everything came out quickly and was delicious. Our server checked on us frequently. I only take off 1 star because I think their prices are a bit high but we don’t go out to eat often so it’s a nice splurge.

The place was pretty busy today! But we are usually sat right away. Not certain what happened today as my crepes were not only thick but they seemed hard! I ended up eating only a few bites. Could not understand when my daughters crepes were cooked appropriately yet mine were out in left field. My server Ana was very nice and offered to replace them but I had eaten the remainders off my daughter’s plate and just didn’t want any after that. No fault of my server who was sweet and quick to assist. I still like this spot and will continue to come

Every time we come to this IHOP we are greeted by the rudest«hostess» ever. Carly was her name I guess. Today we brought our 5 month old and asked for a booth because we hoped it could fit the car seat, but it couldn’t so I asked for a high chair and if we could sit at the table right across from the booth(to be out of the way of people walking). She then sighed really loud and rolled her eyes. She then threw our menus on the table and walked away. It took everything in my power to not walk right out of that place. It was the same the last time and we also had a problem with spoiled coffee creamer. When we notified then that the creamer was rotten they didn’t even apologize. But I did overhear them talking about us I the kitchen area… So basically this ihop has TERRIBLE service… And Carly should be fired for being so RUDE.

Everyone here is so friendly to us, so we always appreciate the great service… We were disappointed as many of the things that we wanted to order were«out» Our server said they had a mad rush all day, and unlucky for us(in the empty restaurant) we missed out on many of our favorites. Last time I had enjoyed the Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate-and was craving it… But couldn’t this time because they were out. Hubby wanted the Turkey Dinner *Add extra stuffing, but they were out of stuffing, so we «X”-ed that one I ordered the BLT hoping to get regular fries, but they ran out of French Fries(I’ve never heard of that one at a busy establishment) Seems to me the person managing the ordering for this location needs to do a better job. Key is to order enough to satisfy the customers, but little enough so it won’t be wasted. Hopefully next time we will not be disappointed

Zero stars is the correct rating. THE worst service of any restaurant in Lodi, and the staff doesn’t seem to care. Poor training. Once again I was ignored and was never asked for my order. I left after 3 cups of coffee. After informing the hostess of the absence of service, she still charged me $ 2.60 for the privilege of being ignored. This is my final visit here. Please visit the coffee shop just south of here, Velvet Grill and Creamery. Better attitudes, better service, much better food.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have… My boyfriend and I look a little bit young(people say we look in our teens) but we’re actually 28 and 27 years old. We came in one day and were waiting forever for a table. A couple who looked well dressed(and older) came in after us and were seated immediately! When we finally were seated, we waited a good 15 minutes and then as we got up to start walking out, the waitress stopped talking with her coworker and rudely said, «Geez! I was just going to help you guys!» Nope. No you weren’t and we don’t want your«help». My boyfriend and I have walked out before we ordered TWICE because of this same woman. A friend of mine had a similar experience. I’ve never had a problem at the other breakfast spot we frequent. IHOP’s waitresses will judge you(mainly one in particular and that older lady needs to be fired because of it) based on whether or not they think you’ll tip them well. Well looks can be deceiving and if you’re a waitress, you should treat everyone with respect, because you never know WHO your customer is… Oh and it’s funny how they have TWO Unilocal for one location…

This branch of IHOP just doesn’t care about you. You’re not even a number. There’s a young Mexican girl that gets there early in the morning and is the best. Everyone else is just too busy, doesn’t care or just wants to check out the girls coming in the door. Plus I think they recycle food.

Friendly fast service. My kids love IHOP. Seems that they should really invest in some remodeling especially to the bathroom. I think this might increase their business. I would take family more often it it was better kept.

I know IHOP isn’t considered a 5-star restaurant to begin with, but their quality of food at this location has significantly decreased over the years. Their fries aren’t crispy in the least and everything tastes frozen and microwaved. I tried to play it safe with a burger and fries but I couldn’t even bare to eat it for fear of food poisoning and wasted calories. The service is still better than some restaurants I’ve been to but I’d rather go across the street to another breakfast location than spend my money here.
