Been hear a few times had a few accidents and they have always took care if my cars thanks guys.

Straight CROOKS! received an estimate for a bumper rub with paint transfer only, no body repairs needed. Some lacquer thinner and a buff and they had the nerve to write a $ 900.00 estimate on a 10 year old car with 150,000 miles. They should be reported to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. STAY AWAY and find a HONEST body shop. The paint transfer rub was 2 inches by the way not even through the clear coat. They should have wrote and estimate for partial base deduction and full clear coat, instead they wrote full paint time as if the whole bumper needed painted and fully cleared. Only interested in INFLATED ESTIMATES and gouging for profit!

Just got my car back from here today. They did a great job at replacing my front bumper. They really pay attention to detail, and actually my car came back cleaner than when I brought it in. I’m really happy with the result. They even post pictures updating their progress. Really great work! Thanks to everyone involved in the repairs, as well as their staff inside (they are really friendly)!

We have a 2005 honda pilot that had alot of damage to both body and frame. We had an awesome experience here. The estimater was great and my car came out better than new! Thanks for the great work.

Would not recommend. Took my vehicle here with minor damage and after many attempts to repair they could not get it correct. I picked it up incomplete, in worse condition then when I dropped it off and took to another body shop. The staff was very unprofessional about making things correct with my repair!

I took my truck to them for repairs. After they had given an estimate and I contracted for the repairs, they twice boosted the «estimate» because they «forgot» to include labor to remove the bed to paint the back of the cab.
They offered «no interest» to carry the deductible, but after I agreed to that I was told that there was a monthly «fee» charged. Not interest, but a FEE. Still money, and a shady practice to me.
When I got a ride to pick up the truck when it was finished, I was told that only a check was acceptable for the deductible. Not ATM. Not a credit card. Only a check. I went home (24 mile round-​trip) to get my checkbook and pay the deductible. Nice to be trusted. They also made the insurance company transfer the money directly rather than have me pay them.
The work looked OK, but when I went to get fuel the first time after getting it back, the fuel cap retaining strap — held on with a simple screw — was not attached. Details make the job guys.
You flunked.

John, Kelly and the rest of the crew here at the Lodi shop are awesome (I found out from a friend that the original J & D shop is in Galt). I will always come back to have any needed body-​work done here and I will highly recommend them to others. From the moment I called them to repair $ 3700 worth of damage to the front bumper/​grill, it was smooth sailing. I gave them my claim number, they arranged a rental for me, ordered my parts and set up an appointment.
While I was there, I had also inquired about a $ 750+ pre-​existing «ding» in the edge of my driver’s side door but it turned out that the insurance didn’t cover it so I decided to wait to get that repaired. So, when I picked up the car, John showed me where they had even pounded THAT damage out roughly for me at no charge so that it would look better until I had the money to come back in! No charge! Where do you get that kind of service nowadays?
Also, every time I contacted them, the staff made me feel welcome and part of the family.
Just the greatest group of folks to work with. Don’t take your auto-​body work anywhere else!

I brought my Honda Fit to J and D through Statefarm, and they did an amazing job. Everyone was kind and helpful. I was too busy to pick up my car, but they kept it locked up for me for almost two weeks.
The car was clean, inside and out and the new bumper they put on was flawless.
