This is far below my standard hotel that I would normally stay at, but I didn’t have my ID, which was in the wallet that I left in my bosses truck. As far a this hotel goes its pretty basic and our dated. There is a little TV that looks like it was left over from the nineties, the room smelled like years of cigarette smoke, I seen a roach(a little runny one). The room was only 60 bucks but still. I would have much rather have paid more for a decent room

It’s OK I guess. This place used to be horrible with bed bugs and roaches and none of the rooms were fully functional always something broken a/c, tv, microwave, and so on. Now they have new owners and staff that have completely remodeled the place and I enjoy staying here now. I just wish they wouldn’t have raised the rates for the same price you can stay at the econo lodge in a much nicer room(have to book online) with less traffic. Other than that it’s not too bad

First, there is a place called Del Rancho literally next door to this place. El Rancho. I went to both and recommend Del Rancho over El Rancho. The guy who gave me the room when checking in was a fat p.o.s with big juggs. He was rude. Gave me a handicap room. The room had cigarette burns on the blankets. It had a wet dirty towel hanging on the shower curtains. It had a shower head that was loose on a cord with no place to hang it like a regular shower, well they did install a plastic clothes hanger(look at my pic). I sat to take a dump and I felt something on my feet. It was an army of small bugs that I never seen before. When I left to get some food I saw some fat druggy looking in my window, he looked like the guy who checked out the room to me. I had to wait to see where he went after just incase I needed to do something, he was staying two rooms down. Luckily nothing was missing when I came back. One star for the nice lady when I checked out.

The best part of El Rancho was the very friendly service they treated me very well. However, the room was a nightmare there were things Ive never experienced before. There was a quarter sized smear of blood on the headboard, the room had the«consumer smell”-brothel and body odor turned fetid(no airing out the room did not help). The carpets had not been cleaned in god knows how long and felt oily and gross – I just kelp my shoes on. The lamp shade had weird stains on it and the underpass had the long hairs that matched the cleaning lady’s. I’m pretty sure there not checking her work. An exposed paneling under the desk featured eerie cobwebs and dust bunnies galore. There is a «local» bar across the parking lot so it was all kinds of loud Friday and Saturday night. I’m not paying top dollar around 40 $/night, but I should at least get a clean room with the good service.

The service was friendly enough. And the room was clean. It smelled really strongly of bleach, and even though I aired out the room, it was still a powerful smell. The shower(and entire bathroom for that matter), was really small. The beds seemed lumpy and had springs that you could feel. Possibly because they need to be replaced? But the price was right and the location was really convenient. I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel, except to say that if you are looking for a reasonably safe, cheaply priced hotel, but willing to compromise quality of the room then this isn’t the worst you’ve seen.

Pool dirty and bugs in the room. Friendly stuff. Still ok for one night.

Clean, quiet, basic, more than worth the price(I have stayed in hotels three times the price, and not as nice as this place). Agree with Kevin B– his review is spot on, stayed on a Saturday night, and it was extremely quiet, I stayed with my boyfriend, we had a family event in town. So we didn’t hang out at the motel, checked in at 9pm, checked out at 8:30am Total cost was $ 55.

I headed up to the Lodi /Sacramento /Auburn area for business and needed a room for the night. When searching for rooms I came across this place on Unilocal and to be honest, stayed here so I could get another«First»! LOL LOCATION: I only needed a room for one night and while a 4 star or 5 star hotel is very nice, I saw no need to spend that much $$$, plus I’m a cheap-ass. I was surprised to discover I was able to get a lower rate by calling the motel directly, rather then booking through one of many available websites. SERVICE: Good! Check in was fast and effortless. The staff was friendly and talkative. THEROOM: Considering I only paid $ 40 for the night, the room was very decent and pretty nice! King size bed(with a GOOD, solid mattress! Not some soggy mattress with a big«hole» on one side you keep rolling into and then can’t easily get out of), also a TV, small fridge, microwave, hairdryer, a small desk and FREEWI-FI! The room was VERY clean and pretty quiet. Quiet until the guy 3 rooms over started his diesel pickup at 6-something in the morning to warm it up for 10 or 15 minutes. Turns out it got down to about 30 degrees that night so I needed to warm my truck up too! There was no soap or shampoo in the room, but hey, for $ 40… OVERALL: For a $ 40 room, I was quite happy! Plus I get another«First», Woo Hoo!
