Just took my 73 year old mother to this facility. There was nobody in waiting room when we arrived. Appointment took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Staff was rude and unattentive. We will not be returning.

The care was ok, but the billing department is very disorganized. They sometimes have ER doctors come over from Lodi Memorial to help out. This is bad because then you’ll get an additional bill from the doctor’s private billing company which is out of network for most. Their billing department was no help in trying to resolve this. Our only visit which was supposed to be $ 50 as per my insurance ended totaling over $ 300 out of pocket due to the out of network charges, which you have no control over, nor are you aware until months later.

Very rude to people in between group/employee health plans. They dont have time. Very unprofessional and will turn you and your children away if your insurance wont pay a specific percentage. Normally a urgent care(although not required by law) will take you no matter what. The employees, including doctors, only do the bare minimum so they dont get sued. As I look through the reviews it seem that its getting more and more worse. Hopefully they will see these reviews and change. I think its mostly the uncompassionate staff and physicians. DONTGOHERE!

Shame on me for going here two times. After the first visit back in 2009 was horrible I thought maybe things had changed. Well I was wrong because the people working at this place are more concerned about their next meal than anything else. I sat there for 2 hours most of which I was the only one in the waiting room to then being seen by a PA. First of all I paid all that money not see a DR but a «Physicians Assistant» and it was a physicians assistant that had an attitude to boot. All I wanted was to have my issue cared for because my Dr’s office was closed. The PA here was trying to prescribe the whole drugstore to me for a simple issue. A two hour issue turned into a 4 hour issue. If I could give this place a –5 I would.

Crooks! You will get a bill months later from Lodi memorial even if you paid in full! The recommended that I go to the main hospital and get a iv for dehydration I told them I would try and fluid up on my own and if still was sick I would go. 2 months later get a bill from Lodi memorial for a iv. I have never even been inside Lodi memorial! This place will bend you over for sure! Crooks!

Competent enough East Asian Doctor, my beef is with the cost, $ 431.00, including $ 25 co-pay for a consult for lower back pain and a prescription, which took a whopping 5 minutes of the good doctor’s time. That works out to be $ 5,172 an hour. The check is supposed to be mailed out to Team Physicians of CA. Perhaps it should be made out to Team«bleed them dry». Lodi Memorial Hospital and anything and anybody related to them has the highest, outrageous fees in Northern California. If the illness doesn’t kill you, the fees definately will. What a racket…:(

Tripped while running in the late afternoon and hurt my leg pretty bad. My normal Doctors office was closed and there is no way I wanted to wait forever in the ER. Found this clinic on Unilocal and was very glad for it. They got me in quick and cleaned up all the scrapes and gave me some meds, ice, and something to drink. The X-ray guy was very nice and was careful while doing the pictures. Luckily nothing was broken and I was patched up and sent on my way in less than 30 mins. They seemed to be very efficient and caring and would recommend for a quick urgent medical need if you can’t make it to your normal Doc and don’t want to deal with the ER.
