I order a entertainment set through Lucy, she was so rude and I will take my money else where, she dresses like a two bit whore. Don’t know how your gonna sell anything how rude you r to customers! You need to let your husband run it not you! Please don’t buy from them. Horrible experience!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I paid $ 3800 for leather Couches within 2 months the leather started fading at the seams and the product is defective and they won’t refund my money and want me to pay $ 120 to to ship it back to the factory that shipped it for a replacement, that’s not right, they make a profit and still want me to pay and any other customer that gets a defective product to pay to get it exchange it, when it’s not the customers fault, I wish I would of bought it from Costco, than could return it and get a refund, and I told them I would pay the $ 120 if they refunded my money and they said NO WAY!!! the sofa set is made by flexsteel

The furniture quality is decent and so are the prices, but their customer service is unacceptable. Twice thusfar they have messed up my workday with a botched delivery (and poor communication of rescheduling), and then not being open during their advertised business hours for a pickup.
Regarding the pickup. At the last minute I was able to catch the delivery guys going out the back on their way out to a delivery, and they were nice enough to go grab my item for me. However, the lack of notification of the unscheduled closure is unprofessional. No sign in the window, no updated voicemail.

This place is great! Lots of friendly emoloyees. I found a great couch here for my living room for an awesome price. Delivery is only 30 dollars more. I only needed to put 20% down before delivery. They only carry real genuine wood furniture, none of that fake stuff. All of their furniture is nothing but quality. And they have sales on ENTIRE bedroom sets for 999. I plan to furnish my whole home from Minervas, I love it here. I feel like a kid in a candy store. Lol
