Great shop! I was going to go to my usual auto body shop but they were giving me grief about how the insurance company didn’t write a check for the full amount. So i decided to try Mizzoni’s out since i had to go see the insurance adjuster in their building. I am so glad i did! Great shop! they did fantastic work. I dropped my car off on monday and they had it ready for me by friday. Everyone in the shop is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will definately be going back to Mizzoni’s in the future.

I took my 2016 Kia Sportage 4 month old car to get a scratch fixed. It end up costing around $ 1,000. When I got my car back in 2 days it was raining so i couldn’t tell the difference but the next day I noticed a lot of patches of rough paint on the side were no damage had been done (the driver side and around the car). I took it to the car wash thinking it might of been dust. But it turned out to be over spray from another car they were probably fixing. Obviously they didn’t remove my car before working on the next one. I called them back and they asked me to take the car back to them again. The next day I stopped by the shop and one of the employees kept saying it wasn’t overspray that it felt that way because they had waxed one side (the damage side) and not the other one. That answer would be believable except that the over spray had reached the door panel inside.
I figure they would say something like that so I checked every part of my car and realize the over spray in the interior. When he saw that, then he said, «okay no problem, easy fix.»
Bring your car again and we’ll fix it. So i took it there again and they got 90% of the overspray out, there is still some minor patches of paint in my car but the owner agreed to make it right when ever I decide to stop by.
I was recently contacted by the owner, he obviously takes pride in his work otherwise he wouldn’t have care two cents. I told him I would not remove my story because its what really happened but I did change the rating because they fixed my vehicle’s original problem. They also washed my car before handing it back to me so if it wasn’t for the overspray they would of definitely gotten 5*.
Tip: check your vehicle before taking it back. This way they can fix any mistakes they might of missed.

I had such a surprisingly good experience here that I had to leave a review! Had a small fender bender two weeks ago — a fun incident where I stopped at a red light and the guy behind me kept on going for a little.
Progressive scheduled an appointment for me here, and everything went smoothly the minute I stepped in. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and personable (especially Jenn! Thanks Jenn for your help, you’re the best!!!), and I was kept aware regularly of the status of everything by email and phone.
It took just a few days for the repair and replacement of rear bumper. Dropped off the rental and picked up mine just yesterday. Such a good experience with Progressive & Mizzoni’s. Would definitely recommend.

My 2014 BMW 535xi got rear-​ended whilst on a trip in Niagara Falls. The driver had StateFarm, so I decided to use their select service repair shop that was closest to my house in Fort Lee. I was a little skeptical because insurance companies typically refer you to the cheapest places that do the crappiest work.
Boy was I proven wrong.
This place communicates with you through the whole process very well (not to mention there are satellite offices inside their building for a few insurance companies, which streamlines the whole process). But the reason I am writing this review is solely for the quality of the body work. My paint color is a personal/​custom BMW paint color (ordered the car through European delivery so I got to choose all my options). The paint color is difficult to match. There are variations of metal flake in it. When I got the car back, you couldn’t even tell there was an accident (which is obviously the goal of collision work), however, I have had horrendous work done at other places, so am glad to see a place take the time to properly match paint and return something to its brand new condition. The work was done perfect, car was washed/​cleaned, and I had no issues. The repair was fast; less than 3 days.
I will definitely go here if in fact I need work again.

My brand new car had accident. So, progressive insurance company introduce this shop for repair my car. This shop looks like professional. Yes they are professional for body repair.
However, after complete repair i found A LOT OF SMALL SCRACH insid of my car.
I found small scarch day by day. My car was brand new! But they made look like 5 year old car.
And after repair they provide free carwash. But they made lot of swal mark on my paint.
I guess they did put on car wash machine or use dirty brush.
If this shop want to be real professional, you guys must good care your customers car like your own.
If you love your car, and don’t want to damaged by repair shop.
Avoid this shop.

Been coming here for years and the service is always top notch. I even had them fix a previous bad repair that mountianview in Wayne botched and they made it look brand new again.
I’m a car guy and my standards are way higher than most and I cannot thank Mizonnis enough for taking care of my Audi, Benz, and Corvette.

They run a first class operation. My car was done when promised and looks better than new. They give fair estimates and do quality work. Highly recommend!!!

My car may be 10 years old, but, it’s almost always never driven. I have alternate transportation. It’s a garage kept, good looking mustang with low mileage.
The wires were clearly chewed off in one particular spot, and, I had to pay $ 500+ to fix it.
I went to the shop couple of times followed by multiple phone calls, nothing positive, turned to Unilocal for HELP. Let’s see how it goes.
It was such a small accident where this guy came and bumped into my car in Oct ’14. Six months after and am still dealing with the aftermath… :(

Progressive suggested I use this place to replace the front & rear bumper (among other repairs) and ended up taking 1 month to complete. The rear bumper was nationally-​backordered so OK. But they were not able to procure the front grill for various reasons that was readily available. It may be an isolated issue but I will not return to this place if need be unless there are any issues with the job they did.

Great service from start to finish. Mizzoni’s is a good family run shop that genuinely cares about the work they do. They took the time to follow up with me on multiple occasions and they even had insurance adjusters on-​site to speed up the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently brought my car in to repair bumper damage on my vehicle after I hit an ice bank due to this ridiculous storm.
I worked with Steve who offered 2 options on my vehicle… 1 to completely replace the entire bumper and make it look brand new or 2, to attempt to repair the damage at a fraction of the cost of option 1. While option 2 would save me quite a bit of money, he flat out told me before hand that while he could not get it to 100%, he could get it to about 80%. He advised to go with option 2 as this winter is still ongoing and the snow is just making life a mess for everybody. He talked good sense into me and advised me to go the cheaper route as he was confident in his abilities.
I did not feel pressured as if they were trying to push the sale and they definitely were looking out for my best interest.
After scheduling an appointment and leaving my car, I was shocked with the work that was done afterwards. The bumper looked not 80% but close to 95% back to its original condition… for a minimal cost. At this point, I don’t even plan on replacing the bumper. I am totally satisfied with the route I went thanks to the Mizzoni’s who were a class act from start to finish.

AWFUL! I dropped my car here to be fixed for what was supposed to be a 4 day job. Every time I called I got the run around about parts, and they kept telling me it would be more time. Over three weeks and a million phone calls later I finally got my car back. They were very unprofessional, and inconsiderate. No one called when they said they would and they seemed like they had no idea what was going on. I will never do business here again! Very upset with my experience!

We have used their services more than once — each time we were very satisfied. Prices were reasonable, work was done in a timely manner, staff were very helpful (even on the phone), place is clean, rental car company on-​site and as long as we own the car, they guarantee their work.
We have recommended Mizzoni to friends and family and they are our go-​to place for car repairs.

I went there for a quick service. They did it all good and charged a very reasonable price. Their staff are pretty cool, too. Although they can’t offer a wide range of service, but I still recommend these guys for some general maintenance and repairs.
