I love this bar. It’s simple beer is cheap and COLD. Bartenders are friendly. They have pool if you want to play. Not s great place to catch a game.

Expensive for a dive bar

What a zero. Not open during posted hours although apparently still open for the bartender’s white trash friendsslurping drunkenly at the bar when we walked in the open and unlocked door of a bar that the employee reports is closed. Take your private party for ‘no count low life types’ back to the trailer, toots. A bar is a business, try acting like one. The bad rep here is spot on.

Recently on a trip to Lodi my sister took me to her favorite bar in town. This place is a dive bar for sure, I felt like I was sitting in someones garage. If you like that atmosphere you will like this place. It was chill, music wasn’t too loud and there are pool tables. A smoking area outside. Beer prices are OK they are however a little high for a dive bar like this 8 $ pitcher domestic, 11 $ import or specialty. Personally not the type of bar I like to hang in, but for what it is… its not bad.

I so love this little country dive bar! It’s our favorite place to go in Lodi because it doesn’t attract the irritating crowd that downtown does. This was the first place I ever played shuffleboard, it is so much fun! Their drinks are cheap and they always have a good deal going on. They also host parties and potlucks for special occasions. Great down to earth crowd comes in, no one getting loud and stupid while I’ve been there. Plus the bartender Traci is the best! She’s there every night but Wednesdays and Saturdays!

This is a great low-key bar with a chill atmosphere. I grew up in Lodi but have relocated to southern California for college. So when I come back home to visit, I like to avoid the usual Lodi bars in which I’d be most likely to run into my old high school classmates(i.e. Ollies, Skyy’s, Mojo’s). My boyfriend, my Dad, and I decided to try the Water Hole since we heard they had cheap beer, pool tables, room to move, and audio space for conversation. Sure, its a dive with wood-paneled walls and dollar bills tacked to the ceiling, but if you want a chill place to shoot some pool, converse with friends, and drink reasonably priced beer, The Water Hole is a great choice. A pitcher of imported(which includes Sierra Nevada) was $ 11 and I think $ 8 for domestic and $ 1 Coors on special nights(but who drinks Coors anyway?). Also, women’s bathroom was clean, especially for a bar. Go and check it out!
