I will NEVER spend my small town money in Lodi Tractor Supply again. You truly are the Super Walmart of ag world. I wish «no star» was an option.

Tried to purchase my first welder, all the reviews online for the basic 125 amp job smart one were great. Went down to buy it, was unenthusiasticly sold a welder who’s box was beaten and retaped. I asked the cashier if it was used and he said no. Get home and open it up the contact tip, face shield were missing. Looking at the welder more carefully after these red flags I look at the grounding clamp and it is covered in slag and is all beat up, and the welding gun had some on it as well. I promptly call the store and the customer service guy remembered me and offered to fix it by giving me parts off of the store display I’ve seen kids drooling on before when I came in.
Asked to get a cash refund and will be going to the TS in galt where a lady was actually happy I called and seemed interested in my best interest.

wow read these other reviews sounds like the managers friends wrote them wasn’t the case for me I guess when you return something its different the manager ron was not helpful in my case return lost my receipt from another store location said cant look it up on your card don’t know their number so i .gave the stores number he said im not calling them cant help you take it back to them 350 mi away. said he didn’t want to deal with it go away wow really I wasn’t even rude back at this point. told him guess I wont be shopping here again he was like okay good, and walked away total dickhead about it. seemed like a cool store till there was a problem with a return, shows the underneath of there real attitude.

called ahead to confirm they had an item. person was very helpful. good prices. clean inviting store. cashier was friendly and went out of her way to give us helpful advice about the product we were buying. too bad there isn’t one of these in stockton. i go all the way to lodi to go to this store.

Great new store featuring hardware, pet supplies, farm supplies and more in the same building where Orchard used to be.
I really did not get to browse much today but I look forward to doing so during my next visit.
Had an awesome sale on pet food today… cheaper than Walmart, Target and Costco. I loaded up with a six-​month supply!
The employees here are over-​the-​top helpful. I look forward to my next visit.
