No problems to speak of yet. Little trouble with extra parking spaces for guests with out a little walk but still no complaints. One of the best property managers I have ever met, super friendly. All the neighbors are really nice and the property is very clean and quite.
I’m happy and if any problems come up in the future I’m sure we won’t have any problems having them fixed right away.
Your home is only as good as you make it, make it the best it can be.

Do you like having your car stolen? Want to have a broken hot water heater for 3 weeks? Feel like having your friends’ cars towed away after 5pm? Then live at Tuscany Ridge Apartments.
I currently live at Tuscany Ridge Apartments and I had my car stolen in May of 2011. There was a camera facing the parking lot area. When I asked whether or not there was any surveillance footage, I was told that the camera does not work. I was also told it was my fault for assuming that the camera would work and that they did not represent themselves as safe.
DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
