This place is the worse place! Corporate order was incomplete, and price is too much! Bad attitude from the owner, and wouldnt give missing order the same day! Saying «nexttime» and corporate paid for the orders!

Hands down the worst pizza joint ever. Been eating pizza for over 25 years and this was the worst place I have been to. Ordered a large plain pizza and a separate slice not too warm for my son. I was shocked when the pizza came. They gave me 7 slices from various pizzas that were made yesterday or hours before we got there. Since they had to reheat, the slices came out burnt. Who orders a large pie to get 7 slices from various old pies!!! Slices were burnt, greasy, and bland. I would be so embarrassed if I was the owner and pizza maker! Son loves pizzas… took one bite and spit it out.

When you order the same thing a few times within a few weeks, naturally you expect to always get the same thing when you order it the SAME way from the SAME restaurant. Right? Don’t expect that here!!! I called back to let them know this isn’t what we usually get when we order a chicken caprese– pasta was in a different (disgusting) sauce that was leaked all over the bags and then we had to even pour some out to try to eat it… I was not rude at all and even explained we order from them regularly and haven’t had a problem. Whoever I dealt with tonight was EXTREMELY rude and after I explained that it wasn’t even in the same sauce or served the same way she said she didn’t know what to tell me because I should have been specific (we ordered the EXACT way we’ve ordered this numerous times!!!). She remained rude the whole conversation and offered a CREDIT or a new meal as long as we returned the one we originally got and said she would have someone pick up what we got and deliver a new one. After 50 minutes of waiting we went to the restaurant to just ask for our money back (and give back the meals they asked for) and they refused to even refund us the money. Of course we were given more bs because SUPPOSEDLY the driver should have delivered alread… She finally shows her face a few minutes after 10. Our original order was place at about 8:15!!!
Good luck if you find something you like there because it’s not likely you’ll get it the same way again! Never going there again!

Throughout each one of our experiences we have enjoyed delectable entrees. The food is well prepared with a pristine presentation. Not to mention, each selection we have enjoyed has been absolutely hearty and delicious. Lastly, the prices are reasonable and the service is superior. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy a truly exceptional meal.

I would have given four stars for costumer service but the food wasn’t that good. I ordered the stuffed meat lovers pizza and a margarita pizza. The margarita was great but when I got the stuffed meat lovers IT WAS COLD. I tried to cut into it to see if there was anything for me to eat inside but no it was all cold. If you come here stick to the simple things like plain pepperoni or margarita.

Good jersey Italian… entrée ingredients were fresh and the pizza was good. Try the cavatelli and broccoli. This is an easy choice for a quick bite to satisfy your fix for pasta and the like.

Make a left out of the parking lot and make a left at the first light. Take that up to the next light and make a right. Head down that way for 2 minutes and stop when you get to Cucina De Italia.
I generally don’t like leaving negative Unilocal cause I don’t want to hurt anyone but this place kind of sucked ass in my opinion. The buffalo chicken pizza was bland as all heck. It was just crappy in my opinion. And the crispy crust was so god damned rock hard you couldn’t even fold the pizza. This is not opinion. This was a fact. And once you eat the business end of the Za you can’t eat the crust unless you have the teeth and jaw strength of a crocodile. I also had a piece of meat lovers pizza. This, in my opinion was probably like eating two pieces of sheet rock with some sausage between them. I know they have all the pizza out in front of you to look at but as I waited for the pizza to heat up I wondered how long some of those slices were sitting there waiting for some sucker to come buy one. When I saw the cracked cheese on top of it, that in my opinion looked like it died 3 days ago, I put together a nice guess. In my opinion, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turltes wouldn’t like this place. In my opinion it should be called Shitty Sbarro.
Also, it wouldn’t kill them to wipe off the plastic place mats once in awhile.

Pasta cooked perfect bolognese outstanding vodka sauce well prepared. Nice room in the back. Salads super fresh the bruschetta was toasty not hard. Gotta say one of the nicest surprised out there. Don’t read into negative reviews… Usually negative to all places

I have to say I would have given this restaurant 4 stars but today I ordered a gluten free chicken ranch pizza now common sense if I am ordering gluten free obviously there is a reason right? Well half way into eating the pizza I realized the breaking on the chicken was not gluten free as throat started to itch. I asked the waitress and she wasn’t sure. Really! Their pizza flavor is good but they need some common sense thankfully I had Benadryl on me. To boot they still charged me for the chicken ranch pizza.

This is not pizza its thin dough. No cheese no sauce. Rubbery uncooked garlic knots. A place with so much potential but it was terrible! They are very skimpy with their ingredients. Don’t recommend and will never come back here again.

Delicious pizza and excellent customer service. I like how it is an authentic Italian place, but with a modern twist. I love their vegetable pizza and buffalo chicken pizza. This is my top restaurant for pizza. I actually don’t even live in town, but travel to pick it up because it is worth it. You won’t regret trying it out!

Very friendly staff, extremely clean place (including bathroom) and very good pizza. Lots of Parking. This is a nice quick stop for me when I’m traveling on Main in Lodi.

I like there pizza its affortable and tasty. The guys who work there are pretty friendly. Being a vegetarian, their cheese sub is pretty expensive (cheese and vegetables) but it was good nonetheless. The grandma pizza is too thick for my liking. I also have tasted the eggplant and mozz garlic wrap and it was really greasy.
My sisters who live in the poconos love this place! I think they visit me so they could get this pizza.

The food was beyond poor. The pizza crust was wet!!! And the wings questionable. Very upset would never order again.

They’re pizza is OK not worth the price. The 2 stars are mainly for poor customer service/​lack of menu knowledge.
I specifically called to ask if they used fresh mushroom because the party i was with cannot have the preservatives in canned mushrooms. They informed me the mushrooms were fresh. I ordered 2 pies (other being pepperoni and spinach). I picked up the pies and went to my destination a few towns away only to realize they used canned mushrooms… I get it, mistakes happen but that pie was inedible. They apologized and offered to send us something else but we are already far away. They did take our information for a discount next order which was appreciated…
We went back to give them another shot and we wanted to try their «special white pizza» on their menu its specifies fresh garlic and spinach… pizza did not contain any special ingredients and just came standard white when we ordered «1 of your specialty white pizza’s»… they offered us the discount for the mishap last time which was nice however, they’re product isn’t good enough for all their confusion… we did not find out about the white pizza missing ingredients until we got home… next time i’ll have my boyfriend pick up and check the pie each and every time however… I’ll probably stick with my regular pizza place to miss the inconvenience.

I order this pizza often, it’s pretty nice. I have only ever had the cheese one but it’s always nice and soft and crunchy around the edges, lots of yummy cheese. It’s not too expensive and in the summer they have seating outdoors which is nice to sit at.

Mall pizza. When you walk in it’s like being at the mall. Looks like the food court at the mall, feels like the food court and the pizza tastes like the food court. It’s ok nothing special, looks better than it tastes, just meh and they charge a lot for the meh… better choices around town for sure.

So far have been here about 3 times and we love it! My husband had been here prior than me and gave me the heads up about their pizza, as another person mentioned, crunchy and cheesy (not heavy on the sauce) and delish! I have ordered the ham and cheese calzone twice already, two thumbs up definitely… and love how they aren’t skimpy with the cheese or ham in the calzone! :-) Definitely a new and very close place we just found and loving it by far! 4 pizza places within a mile radius from us, and we will pick this one first. The customer service is great. Have eaten in twice so far out of the 5 times we have ordered from there and the owner was there and everyone very pleasant to serve us.

Best pizza outside of NYC! Food was absolutely delicious and the staff was super friendly. Can’t wait to come back.

The pizza is delicious. I can taste the care and preparation that went into making each slice. Unfortunately, neither reviewer has had the opportunity to try their pizza. Had they done so, then their reviews would be more in line with mine.
I tried their White Pizza, Tomato Basil & Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato Basil & Fresh Mozzarella Grandma Slice, and a plain cheese. Three of the four slices were very good. The plain cheese was good, but the slice at Napoli’s is better.
Overall, the experience was fantastic. I was greeted right away. The person taking my order was very polite. The person delivering the slices to my table was even more polite. And when I left, they all thanked me for coming in.
I found a winner in Lodi. Vittorio’s may just be the best pound-​for-​pound pizzeria in Lodi.
