My personal opinion is that the breakfast is better than the dinner menu. For breakfast you can get fluffy delicious pancakes, eggs, bacon and homemade hash browns for less than 10 dollars. I love getting that. The last time I went for dinner I got Chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. The gravy was too thick and salty and the potatoes were bland. Another time was French Dip, it was fine. I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s hit and miss otherwise it’s a great local place to try diner food and reasonable priced food. I would highly recommend going for breakfast!

I went in on a Saturday after the football game. I waited awhile to be seated like 40 minutes. When we were seated the waitress was nice and got our food out ontime. But the food was normal, nothing that I couldn’t make on my own. So that is why I gave it a 3⁄5

I must’ve had like three or four cups of coffee at Angie’s, so call this a «caffeine-infused» review. All things considered, Angie’s is a great restaurant. They’re open Sundays, they have a pretty big menu for all to choose from, and the service is spot on. Ivan was a great waiter — constantly checking on us, refilling coffee, bringing out breakfast fast as well. The eggs did seem too runny for my taste but the cinnamon roll was the highlight this morning. Such a near-ghastly carbo-load, holy hell, this cinnamon roll is for the books and definitely meant to be shared! Angie’s is a great time, no doubt I’ll be back.

We love Angie’s… It will is always jam packed though. But they handle it very well. We ordered the breakfast served on the trash can lid…19.99…there is not a better value out there. It comes full of pancakes, french toast, eggs, bacon, sausage… it fed 4 of us until we were stuffed and we took a bunch home. Their hashbrowns are fantastic… so was the chicken fried steak and eggs. Excellent scones and croissant sandwiches and fries and tots and burgers. Just great diner food!

Pure deliciousness! When it comes to good quality food and customer service, Angie’s restaurant does not cut corners. I brought my 2 year old twin boys with me and they absolutely loved it. They usually don’t eat anything. Five stars is not enough stars for this restaurant! If you’re looking for a deliciously cooked hometown meal in a casual relaxed environment, then Angies is the choice for you. I can’t wait to come back again!

It’s «Where The Locals Eat». I’m not sure if that means it’s the best place in town, or the most widely supported. Either way their food is all right, but nothing to write home about. Service is good when I go and the staff is always friendly.

Angie’s serves average food in a typical small-town diner. the rest is all hype. ‘Where the locals eat’ is a dead giveaway, since folks in Cache Valley tend to overwhelmingly love average food. I should know, I’ve been forced along on trips to Angie’s and Juniper(Takeout and Inn) since I was a wee lad. I’ll never understand it. My grandma’s cooking had a lot more flavor than this. Menu is old and tired here. Breakfast is okay, done in typical traditional fashion. Omelettes are nothing to write home about, and the way they cook hash browns here leaves the insides wet and undercooked. Venture off of their breakfast menu and the food quality falls to poor and prices go up. Their burger, french dip, $ 15 fish and chips, etc, all forgettable. Logan only recently got a Denny’s, so for decades this was the alternative. It’s basically a Denny’s with better desserts. Another issue I’ve had here is spotty service, to say the least. Sometimes wait staff comes off impatient and grumpy. And if something is cooked wrong, prepare to be scowled at. Owner is a piece of work as well. I’m sure as I post this, I’m about to get an angry message from him. The truth hurts sometimes. Skip it.

If you’re looking for a delicious greasy spoon this is your spot. Their service is quick and efficient. The scones are really quite delicious. My husband and I are fans of the early bird special. Can’t beat the price for a quick diner style breakfast.

The breakfast is great, the chicken strips are delicious & the staff and owner & wonderful! Angies is a must! I have family from California who, when they come to visit, want to eat at Angies. I have family also that just moved up here & their favorite restaurant is… Angies!

My family and I came here because everyone says you have to try it and my brother loves it. The food tastes just like any other diner. The waitress wasn’t very welcoming. The interior also seemed old and not very clean. I ordered French toast, bacon, and eggs. I asked for scrambled eggs and they didn’t come out scrambled. When i told the waitress, it felt like she thought it was my fault that the order came out wrong. She sent it back to be fixed but it was frustrating when my entire family had finished eating in the time it took for my food to come out.

Went to Angie’s for lunch yesterday and it was packed! Quite a popular place in town! I ordered the French dip and the garden salad. It was good, not great. They seem to be more known for their breakfast fare. I did get a scone with whipped honey butter for dessert and it was excellent!

To start, a moment of full disclosure– I’ve only had the Kitchen Sink, but it is amazing. This thing is absolutely enormous, with something like more than a half a gallon of vanilla ice cream, two whole bananas, loads of hot fudge, strawberries, and butterscotch, probably a can of whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry, of course. The entire things weighs in at over three pounds(without the dish!), and you get a bumper sticker if you finish. We tackled this thing as a group and had extreme intestinal discomfort, but, dear lord, it was worth it. Every last bite. As a side note, the service here is awesome, with the server making jokes and having lively conversation with us. It really made a good experience great!

We ended up going here for lunch because my husband pulled up the fantastic reviews on the amazing cinnamon roll that they have. It really is as good as it looks. It is very big so make sure you split it with someone. The staff is very nice and we will more than likely return. I had the patty melt and it was alright. The hamburger was kind of dry. Other than that we really liked the home town diner atmosphere

We went to USU back in ’91-’93. Whenever our parents visited, we went to Angie’s. Now we come back and visit Cache Valley & friends every few years and go to Angie’s. The food is just simply GOOD(well tasty and filling more than healthy — ha). Like many have said before their scones are great. Don’t miss them — esp. with honey butter. As we say at home, onolicisous!

Had to stop because of the name… oh yeah and SCONES! First off the service was exceptional. .Kylie(the oldest) was super! All the staff was very attentive. The prices are reasonable. Try the bacon… it’s thick, smokey and cooked how ever you like. They also make a pretty mean gravy… needed a little salt but still good flavor. All the food coming out looked wonderful. A definite must try if in Logan or passing through… and there is a Smiths market right next door if you’re towing.

Awesome little diner. Big portions, friendly waiters, delicious homestyle food, it’s as good as a diner is gonna get. I ordered the«broasted» chicken which was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, very good. My wife ordered the California burger and it was delicious as well. If you’re in Logan, you have to try this classic place.

After a day of driving, all I wanted was a big salad, but wasn’t sure I would find one on a Sunday evening in Logan. I picked Angie’s because it was nearby, and hoped I could order something besides typical diner food. Wow! This place had what everybody was craving, whether that was breakfast food for dinner(delicious omelet stuffed with veggies and cheese, with perfect hash browns), sweets(fresh milkshakes and pie) or my big plate of salad. I had Southwestern, which usually comes with chicken(all of the dinner salads come with meat), but I requested meatless which they were happy to do. It came loaded with fresh, red tomato slices and perfectly ripe avocado, as well as corn and beans and a tasty chipotle ranch dressing. Service was fast and super friendly, all of the food came quickly, and prices were reasonable.
