Very disappointed with Jeremy. Installed an amplifier, stereo, and subwoofers in my truck. I was very specific about not installing the amp under the back seat. So, they installed the amp under the back seat. No big deal at that point. Jeremy said he would fix it. Once I got home I found they never put the screws back in my dash either. I took it back to correct both issues. When I went to pick it up Jeremy wanted to charge more money. We augured for a bit. Even though it was their mistake Jeremy insisting that it took them more time and I should pay. It wasn’t until I told him to forget doing any more work for me that he offered not to charge me the additional fees(I had another $ 1000 in speakers lined up to get from them). Even though it was BS I paid the money because he had made such a big deal about it. Went to leave and found that they never put the screws back in my dash(again). Was super pissed off at this point. When back in to find my screws. Instead of apologizing and finding my screws Jeremy wanted to make some rude under his breath comments. I will never go back. Pictures of their poor work. Will probably go to the HiFi Shop in Ogden. I’ve heard a lot of good things about them. reply to comments. Who bought what where or trying to sell me more at a discount has nothing to do with the screws not being put back in my dash or the amp being install in the wrong location. Yes, I’m sure both were just mistakes but they were NOT mine. Yes i did swear at Jeremy when things got heated, just like he swore at me. I understand mistakes happen and I brought it back so that you had the chance to make it right. But you didn’t. No one EVER mentioned charging me additional fees until I walked in the door to pick it back up. I will find some screws myself and finish the job. Don’t worry about cleaning up. I’d do that too.

I broke my phone and the Verizon store sent me to Lynn’s. They had the part in stock and got the repair done in under an hour for a decent price! They were kind and easy to work with. If I break my phone again(heaven forbid), I’ll go to Lynn’s.

Don’t replace your iPhone or iPad or any screen replacements here. they replaced my iPad screen for 140 bucks. It was a horrible quality. Instead of white it was yellowish and the adhesive they used made the screen bulge up which a couple months later small crack seams were on my screen from normal touches. I took it back in for them to replace and they wouldn’t replace it unless I paid full price. After some arguing I paid full price to have it replaced and it’s the same quality. Bulges and also there were glue spots behinds the screen where they glued it down. Horrible customer service. They don’t really care about the customer only the money you give them. They should have taken the hit and replaced it for free.

Very disappointed with the service we received. Brought in a flatscreen television that would no longer turn on. After a $ 50 analysis, we purchased $ 120 worth of repair parts. After having those installed, the problem remained, and their analysis was proven wrong. The parts have decreased in value, and we’re stuck with a broken television and out a bunch of money for nothing. If you can’t deliver, or provide a bad service, you shouldn’t charge for your mistake. Totally dissatisfied.

Their car-audio technicians are very knowledgeable. They hire the best and brightest for their installation work. Jeremy the Owner’s son is very kind to work with. Their prices aren’t good, and they need to be more willing to match other competitors prices, or else at least offer free installation. Considering the markup, they should be able to absorb the installation fees into it. I bought a $ 4,000 car stereo setup there, and they still didn’t offer free installation. I know nothing is free, but considering the amount of money that they made that day in markup, I wish they could have paid someone their days wage for 8 hours to do that installation, rather than charging me 4x that persons days wage to do the work in addition to the price of the parts. While their labor is very good, and things are installed professionally, cleanly, and done right, just keep in mind you do pay a premium that is sometimes hard to justify, even to oneself. Their project manager for their business support tends to drop the ball. I have to continually call ever few weeks to check up on a project. I think they need to manage that better.

Honest people and focused on what the customer needs. Price is not always equal to value and even when it is Lynn’s still comes out great. They promote the community and sponsor events from the Cruise In to sports events. Ever see Best Buy help the community this way? I’ve seen the owner help the customer when he knows he is losing money because he thought it was the right thing to do. That’s a rare and worthwhile trait in business owners. Products are simply better than what the box stores offer. Really, the Yamaha and Klipsch products are usually not the same. The version at Lynn’s is slightly more expensive and higher quality than most of the competition offers. Always had fantastic service and will continue to shop there.

We took our car in because the stereo and cig lighter stopped working. The got us in the same day, diagnosed and fixed it in 15 mins. They didn’t even charge us. I will be back. Very impressed.
