Wilkinson

We have used them for years… BUT this last service call did us in! Absolutely the WORST customer service. Hired them to replace a kitchen faucet. One of the owners, with a worker came out. I purchased a faucet with the pull out sprayer in the faucet. Once installed… He informed me I would need to open the cabinet below the sink and manually ‘PULL’ the hose down when I was done using it!!! That was the BEST he could do. For this, I got a bill of 185.00. Which I paid… and hired another local company to complete Wilkinson Heating ‘s job. The new plumbing company was hear for 15 minutes… all that needed to be done to was balance the weights. Needless to say… I would NEVER call Wilkinson again. They have lost my business… and another local company has gained it.
Customers DO matter. My suggestion, keep the boss in the shop and let you apprentice do the work.
