All Turf

Have used All Turf since purchasing my home in 2011, Brandon McDonald was my first contact with all turf and is still there today which is greatly appreciated due his excellent customer care. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. As a matter of that they now service the majority of the homes in my neighborhood.

So far… GREAT! I switched to this company after another lawn company was proven to be very shady (see my other reviews). The kid who sold me was knowledgeable and friendly. Told me he wanted to EARN my business.
I have had 2 treatments so far and noticed an EXTREME difference in my lawn. The weeds have disappeared and I am receiving compliments from neighbors.
A couple things I hope to see improve… after getting burned by the last company, I requested getting calls prior to them coming out. Only had 2 treatments so far but no call made on the second. Also, noticed a couple things on the invoice they left for me that were dated, i.e. offering a referral bonus if made before 5/​1, but they left on ⁵⁄₂. Little things…

Price is good, but service is lousy in terms of weed control. I expressed upfront that my main concern was weed control, and even with their «free» retreat they could not control them, have more than ever. It was always some other issue that was the cause, never their tratment program.

I signed up with them at the beginning of the year. I let them know I needed the service scheduled on Fridays. I have a dog and I can keep him in the house on Fridays. Salesperson didn’t think it would be a problem. I think the second time in they showed up on a Thursday — the gate to the backyard was locked. They can only do the front of the yard. I called to remind them I had to have the lawn serviced on Fridays. They showed up again to complete — on a Thursday. I called again to remind them of Fridays. They then told me they could not honor this request. I cancelled the service and had to hire another company to complete the service (btw — shout out to King Green for being great!). They’ve been trying to get me to pay for the last service even though they never completed the service and I made it clear several times that I needed them to show up on Friday. They offered to discount the last bill by 35%. From my perspective — either you complete the service or you did not — they did not.
I have no problem with them not being able to commit to a friday schedule — but they should have never taken my business. I do have a problem with them billing me for a service they didn’t complete nor finishing it on a Friday like I requested.
Unsure if their lawn care is good or not — but from a customer service perspective the are not good. Why would anyone want to do business with a company like them?

Just started using this lawn care company. The prices are way better than some of the bigger companies in the area. If you check their website they have a $ 15 off coupon for the first treatment. So far, I haven’t been having my lawn treated long enough for any results, but so far the customer service has been terrific! Will review again once the treatments start taking hold!
