Buffalo’s Cafe

This place is mediocre. The service is typically a little slow and the food is never on point. If your fries are hot expect your main dish to have gotten cold and if your main dish is hot expect your fries to have gotten cold. This place is not awful but I think the new location in Grayson at the corner of Webb Gin and 20 is much better.

I have been here several times in the last year since we have moved to the area. The service is a little slow which has always been fine to me because I always came back. I went there last week after placing a to-​go order over the phone and when I arrived the food wasn’t ready which is typical. The hostess was running back and forth trying to orders together and then I saw her ring up somebody and take their money. She then goes to the back to get the orders ready and I see her pick up a hand full of celery and carrots with her bare hands without gloves or washing them. I have been a hostess in the past in high school and I wouldn’t handle peoples food with my bare dirty hands.

Better than any other buffalo’s I’ve been to, bar is through western doors and the atmosphere even during a weekday was good people and good food. This needed a better review. Bar tender ashley was fast and efficient.

My friend and I decided to go out and have dinner this passed weekend… after we order I noticed cockroaches crawling all over the wall. I got the Manger on duty she did nothing but move us to another table, very disgusted

Don’t waste your time here almost two months ago we were there with a party of 10. Six adults and four children and one of those kids didn’t eat. It took almost 2 hours to get our food. Three kids plates, two wing plates, two burger plates and two salads were ordered. All of our food that was supposed to be hot wasn’t. Beverage cups remained empty as or server rarely came back. I wanted to at least send fries back to get fresh and our server never returned. She only returned after we had eaten our cold plates of food. At this time is when she did apologize and gave us our checks.
I left a post on their Facebook page and did get a response by the General manager. He told me he would send me a gift card for our bad experience. I gave him my mailing address via email as requested and nearly a month passes by and no gift card. I sent three emails only to receive a response on the final email from the other manger. She proceeded to apologize again and told me that they would send me the gift card. Well guess what two weeks go by and still no gift card. I live 15 minutes away so I should’ve received something in at least two to three days. I sent another email to them asking if they had sent it and over a week has passed and no response.
Let me finish by saying this we had been going here for about 15 years. We enjoyed the food greatly but over the last year or so the service aspect has greatly fallen off. I really was hoping this would be solved without beating them up in a review. Funny thing the comments I put on their page disappeared which further angered me. I now resorted to Unilocal so everyone can see what had happened to us. Find somewhere else to go to get good service. I would rather get kicked in the shins repeatedly then deal with them.

My Broccoli cheese soup was hot and tasty. My wife’s Sonora Salmon salad was fresh and in a chilled bowl. Excellent. Service was tops (Hillary). Management (Erin) very personable. Everything came out quickly.

Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Even when the restaurant is nearly empty, you wait forever for service and food. Once you get the food, it’s often wrong. It doesn’t taste horrible, though. The location near Webb Ginn is much better if you’re craving wings.

It’s ok. I had their wings while they were on promos (Tuesdays it’s .50) sauce was good. But they were kinda small. I like my wings extra crispy as well. I probably shouldve said that. I also did the southwest egg rolls. Tons of potential there but overall falls kinda flat. But with it being a promotion it was well worth it. Only $ 13. Not bad for the amount of food I got.

I love the corn on the cob! Also purchased a platter for a party, it was super cheap! Friendly wait staff! Love this place

Just had dinner here, never again. For a restaurant that specializes in wings, after this visit I would say close your doors. That was a terrible try at wings, some over cooked, most without enough sauce to have a flavor. I do not care for hooters wings, but it would have been a better wing dinner. And to top it off, the worst service I think I have ever experienced in my 48 yrs. Next time I have a taste for wings, (2 – 3 times a month) we will head to Wild Wings in Snellville.

The wait staff was really nice and I got great service, but I didn’t like the wings at all. For a place named Buffalos I guess I expected a bit more.
Wings were very skimpy and overfried with barely any meat on them. I did like the seasoning and sauce but i was basically just eating all chicken skin.
On top of that 10 of them were 10 dollars and they were as tiny as of fun size snickers bars. Weird comparison but its the best I could think of!

I love Buffalo’s! The wings are great. It’s not too expensive. And the service is usually pretty good!

In the last few months, and I come here a couple times a month to play trivia, their wings have gotten skimpy and small. Very disappointing!!! We have already found a new wing place!

I was very disappointed after my last experience. The queso verde dip, which is usually very good, had no flavor and was very dry. We ordered wings, which were very greasy, and we were told they no longer serve the wings with carrots-​even though they picture the wings with carrots. We opted not to get celery or ranch dressing with the wings. We also ordered a side salad, which is serves with a slice of garlic bread. I asked the server if we could add on another piece of garlic bread (a good server wouldn’t have charged us for it since we didn’t get carrots, celery or ranch with the wings. The server told me I couldn’t add on one slice of garlic bread unless I purchased an entire basket. I hate being nickled and dimed for things especially when the food wasn’t very good. The lack of flavor in the food and the server ruined our dining experience. We won’t be returning to Buffalos. They just lost two more regular customers.

You cannot really ask too much from a place whose primary existence is accredited to the fact that it specializes in Buffalo Wings. The food here may not be the best quality, but it is not really supposed to be.
All that I really require out of a place like this is that they give you a wide variety of wing flavors to choose from, and that they keep at least one of the televisions on a game that I am interested in while also keeping my beer mug cold and full. Buffalo’s Café has always lived up to theie part of the bargain, and ensured that my wildest beer drinking, wing eating, sports watching fantasies are constantly fulfilled.
This location can credit most of their business to the fact that it is located directly on the city line, and one of the closest places around the Snellville city limits where a person can get a drink that contains liquor.
They also have a really great staff, with most of the wait and bar staff having been employed at this location for nearly 4 – 5 years.
