I honestly am very disappointed in the service, quality, and freshness of the restaurant. I ordered chicken fries and expected greatness. And I got an order that should have been served an hour ago. It was an old batch and the fries were even old. Undercover boss needs to raid this place.

A good example of how the same food served in some locations can suck. I have never eaten a burger there and walked away satisfied and impressed. The staff has been polite and prompt. This seems to be a little older and run down and the slight freshness and pop is just not there like some tolerable BKs.

Terrible ambience and general service. Their coke machine was out of half the flavors and the one I got doesn’t taste right.
