The place holds the distinction of giving me the worst customer service of any gun store in my entire life! A lot of people walking around who seem to work there but nobody seems to know anything about the actual firearms. I was told the «gun guy» wasn’t in when I was ready to purchase a pistol. I have been in the store before and walked around and tried to get someones attention because I needed to know if they had a pistol I was looking for. Not one single person greeted me or attempted to help me find what I was looking for. If I was the owner I would seriously do a customer service training session with my employees because you are losing business!

How does this place not have a listing? I have stopped by a number of times, the staff is very knowledgable, prices are very fair and there is no hard sell. I have only purchased one firearm from this store and the staff could not have been more helpful. They run a lot of specials and are always willing to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. My recent purchase I was not upsold a more expensive firearm so the store could profit more, yet a firearm that fit my needs so the store has now retailed a customer for life. Support a local business who does what most do not do, care about the customer.
