Kroger

My wife loves this store and drags me in here all the time.
She does all of our grocery shopping here. She’s so into this place that we get all our meds from the pharmacy, we bank at the ⁵⁄₃ branch in the store, we buy our gas here, and we shop here!
It’s usually clean and well organized but I often find that they’re out of things we need. I understand the desire not to over stock but they’re out of something every single time I come.
The cashiers and baggers are usually very nice with very few exceptions. Today, for example. But hopefully that’s a one-​off.
Every few trips the baggers leave out something that we discover missing later, but I suppose that happens everywhere.
At the pharmacy for some reason the time it takes them to fill a script is measured in hours and days instead of minutes like most places. I thought this was Kroger, but it’s just this store: The one at Rosebud filled a script for me in 20 minutes. Maybe that will change now that they’ll be open 24 hours. The drive up line only has one lane so the line backs up 5 and 6 cars deep which means a long wait.
I’m nit-​picking I guess because she does love this store.

The store is very clean. Everytime I’m there it’s extremely busy. Items are pretty easy to find. The lines are normally a little long. The biggest problem I have is the baggers truly don’t know how to separate groceries. I have left there with powerade and bread in the same bag. Also raw meat with fresh fruit. I think the teens need a lesson on bagging groceries.

Pharmacy drive thru was very fast. Only complaint is the tech at the window looked and acted as if she hated being there. She is the only employee i saw that day and her customer service skills lacked extremely. Doesn’t show well. Just a smile can go a long way.

Went in to buy a cake last minute for my son’s birthday. The bakery was closed but the deli was more than willing to assist. They helped write Happy Birthday on the cake and even got me some accessories that I was able to use on the cake that made my 10 year old’s night. Super friendly and helpful.

This location was clean and had a good selection.
I just popped in for a return and the Customer Service department was helpful and nice. The return was quick and there was no line on a Friday! I was quite surprised.

I love this location! If it were closer, I would go all of the time. The place is great! Everyone is very friendly and there is even a Starbucks if you need a little caffeine hit!
