Papa John’s Pizza

Worst! My extra cheese pizza arrived with most of the cheese on the side of the box. The manager was nice, but no suitable resolution to my problem because I ordered online.

Can’t imagine being desperate enough to eat Papa Johns again. Just AWFUL pizza, as are all chains.

I received 1 dipping sauce for a box of cheese sticks, really? 1 dipping sauce? The cashier was nice but their needs to be a QA check on orders, really one sauce barely accommodates 2 cheese sticks!

Disgusting pizza. I ordered a medium pepperoni, baked well done. First off I’ve always ordered my Papa John’s pizza’s well done and NEVER has the pizza been dried out and burnt on the bottom. Second the pizza tasted like grease, and lastly it wasn’t even cut properly. I could tell someone attempted to cut it but either the blade was dull or not enough pressure was applied because the cuts didn’t reach the bottom of the pizza. I’ve been a loyal papa johns customer for 5 years so I called the store. I was able to speak to the manager who told me my pizza was dry and burnt because I ordered it well done, really??? I’ve eaten from Papa johns in several states, east and west coast. Never has my well done been dry and burnt. As for the pizza not being cut she offered me $ 5 dollars off my next order, generous but I won’t even bother trying this Papa John’s again. Pizza wasn’t worth the 11 dollars and change spent.
