I just ordered some food from here. I will not be going back. Before the new owners i used to go alot. Not anymore! I spent alot of money right now and when i opened the bag my fries were not even half a bag, ridiculous!!! Come on for $ 1.95 a order and you get less than a half bag. Give me a break!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Literally just got off the phone with these guys. Called to place an order for delivery. So, the first time I called, I stated my purpose, and instead of saying/​communicating anything or asking to place me on hold, the dude just sat the phone down. I could hear customers talking and the register in the background. So, I hang up and call again, and the same dude is so unbelievably rude, I can’t even handle it. When I said «you know what? Nevermind,» he just hung up. No trying to make it right, no apology. Should’ve just asked for the manager that all these other reviewers are referencing for being great at customer service…

Very good food and very good service. They have a great owner who really cares about his shop and community. I recommend stopping in for lunch as we did!

Friendly service under the new management, food cooked with love… lol. You get what you expect from a Philly connection, nothing more nothing less. Will come back again, because these guys give deals most time

The Mushroom is the best. I don’t come here very often, but when I do, I’m not disappointed. It takes a special mood for me to want a cheese steak, but when it comes around, this is the place.
