Called in tonight after having trouble with a promo code online. Natalie (I called back & Shay gave me her name) that answered the phone was so sweet & professional & was ready to accommodate us & our promo code issue. Unfortunately I thought I called the closest Pizza Hut location but she gave me the number for the closer one within delivery area. Let’s just say that location didn’t give anywhere near the service I experienced from this location. Next review — & I don’t even make a habit of reviewing on Unilocal.Way to go Natalie & team. I work as a retail store manager & would steal you in a second!

Online service stinks!!! When I called about a delivery that was 30 mins late the cashier tells me «that’s corporate’s fault»! Really???

I had called 45 minutes prior to picking up my pizza and was told it would be ready at 12:15. I’m currently sitting in the drive-​thru and been waiting for about 15 – 20 mins. Very poor service.
