Let me start off by saying that the waitress was very kind, attentive, and prompt. Also, the hostess was nice and see us quickly. I really appreciated that. We ordered our food in the orders came out quite fast. Unfortunately, one of our plates just didn’t look good. Also, the salad bar really needed some help. I’ve been to this location several times and the food has always been good however, over the last month of two we’ve notice that its starting to decline.

Food is tolerable at best. Smells pretty bad when you first walk in. Each time we go I ask myself why we keep coming back. The only think I can think of is the croutons on the salad bar. I love those things. Other than that, meh…

Food was good, typical Ruby Tuesday, but the service was slow. The waitress was slow. The food was slow from the kitchen. There were only four tables of people, including us with no tables over four. There is no excuse. We had a BOGO coupon or we might have left.

As always the salad bar is pretty good, nothing spectacular other than the croutons (those are delicious). We got the fried tempura green beans which were good. The grilled zucchini is delicious, and the burgers are ok. The service however, (and this is for every single ruby Tuesdays I’ve ever been to) is slooooooow! Took my father in law 20 min to get a single beer, and just forget about refills on any drink period. Why have I been to so many ruby Tuesdays if they aren’t that great? You don’t question your mother in laws choice of restaurant… ever.

We have been here before. But today has been so good. The greeters were precious and Matt served us so well. He knows his stuff. When we asked him about a menu item he could tell us. Thanks Matt!

Unfortunately, there is no option to give zero stars. That is exactly what this Ruby Tuesday’s location deserves. The service is slow, and the wait for food is entirely too long.
On one outing, I arrived with a party of six. Four were given their food before the other two. The other two had to wait 25 minutes to get their food. There was no apology from a manager, just a feeble excuse from the server that «the kitchen is slow.»
During my final visit to the restaurant, in addition to the poor service I received, I witnessed a couple leaving the restaurant, telling the hostess that they were leaving because they were not seen by a server. Another woman had to get up to ask the hostess to find her server because her table needed drink refills.
This restaurant is a miserable representative of the Ruby Tuesdays chain.

since I had my wife with me we stopped in for food and drinks for me. our waitress
Amanda was so worried because I had 4 watered down drinks she went to the manager and complained to him. since my wife was driving no big deal, but this women was so busy being worried about my drinks she gave us the worst service you can
wife was so disgusted with the service we paid our bill and left. we will never ever go back to this
8pm on a sat eve. they should have had more than a few customers but now I see why.

First let me just say I thought the elderly people sitting next to me were going to have a heart-​attack when Aerosmith began blaring over the speakers. Not only was the service slow, with hardly anyone in the place, but since when is a crab cake supposed to look like a pancake?! Too many items on the menu that are «Cajun-​like». Im sorry, if I want real Cajun food I just don’t think of Ruby Tuesday. After returning my food, I got an apology from the server, whom was nice, but never saw a manager. I went home hungry… that’s not good.

That place use to be much better! Nowadays their salad bar is very limited. I use to love having my chickpeas, dried cranberries, cottage cheese, blue cheese. Really and truly? No more Ruby Tuesday for me and my family !

A few years have gone by since the last time I’ve eaten at Ruby Tuesday’s. It had gotten to be pretty, pretty blah. Anyway… a little while ago, some friends of ours told us that they had a new menu and that they had completely redone the interior. So what else is there to do than go back and try it.
I must say it is much better! The room was put together much better than it use to be and the menu update is soo much better than what I remember. We only got an app and salad bars, but even the salad bar seemed fresher. The fixings (even on a late Sunday afternoon) weren’t all soggy from a day of siting out. Which is definitely different from my memories.
All in all, updates are great and the service we got was excellent. Our server was super friendly.
