Don’t order new phone here, believe me, big trouble! And the representative from T-​Mobile every time do nothing after you hand up the phone. Who can believe that one problem need to call three times, and the problems still there, I won’t choose T-​Mobile any more.

CSR, Dace was NO help. Can you say «customer NO service». A total waste of my time and a trip to this store. Find a better provider than t-​mobile, any other provider will be better.
