I’m glad that we have Starbucks in Loma Linda. So tired of driving to the one in Hospitality Ln. Anyhow, out of all Starbucks I’ve been this is the most busiest I’ve ever been. All tables are usually packed with students or people conversing. The workers are friendly and the drinks are always good. Great place to study.

This location is very busy and full of people studying or working. I was at Loma Linda visiting a friend and stepped out to get a quick drink an snack. The service was great, the drink was perfect, but there is definitely nowhere to sit down and take a break. Obviously they are doing something right if it is this busy

Two days without butter? Come on! And wifi here is the worst! Laptops can connect but not mobile devices? Blah!

I frequent at many Starbucks locations and this has become one of my favorites, particularly because of their consistently friendly service, clean tables, and convenient location next to my school. However, there are a few things to look out for. If you plan on coming here to get some studying done, just be prepared for the fact that it may be packed with no unoccupied tables. They do have tables outside, but it can get hot and windy. I know this because all of these things happened to me last time I came here. Also, if you plan on ordering a certain sandwich, make sure to have the cashier check that it’s in stock. I ordered a particular sandwich last time then used my free reward to «pay» for it. Later tell me that my chosen sandwich isn’t available and asked me to pick another one. Since they already swiped my free reward, I couldn’t get a refund so I just ended up picking whatever was left. Other than that, the line to order usually moves really fast so you order within a few minutes of waiting and they make your drinks really quickly and efficiently.

LLU student central. The baristas are friendly and outlets are plenty. What more could you ask for?

By far the busiest location I’ve ever been to. I thought at first i had accidentally walked into the Apple store because there was so many laptops tapping away. Every table & bench was packed with either students or people conversing. I didn’t wait in line no more than a few minutes before I was greeted by a friendly employee. They got my drink correct & I sat outside for a few minutes before my next appointment. I realized this is definitely a great location for you to be at if you have a medical emergency. Constantly staff from LLUMC, were coming in-out. Is there 10 doctors in the house? Haha The outdoor seating area is large. At least 20 tables. Only wished that they had a drive thru here but there’s plenty of parking.

Great place to study and get some homework done near school. The people are friendly and although it is crowded, I like that this starbucks location has little phone chargers as part of some of the tables. I’ve sat here for hours, picked up drinks, and even ordered ahead and picked up drinks and have rarely had a problem.

Conveniently located. Friendly staff, Paola & the other pretty girl with dark hair, sorry I can’t recall her name(she’s passionate about good coffee!) Managed well by Emmanuel, who always remembers my name! Clean restrooms. A great place to hang out! Kind of like Cheers: «where everybody knows your name»!

Always forget to check in to places but this is my go-to Sbux of choice in the area. I never have a problem getting in and out of here in a jiff. Placed order via mobile app(for the first time, I know, I’m slow). I usually can’t complain about my drink, dark roast sans cream or sugar. Hard to disappoint on that request. Staff are calm and collected even with grumpy morning patrons. Place is clean and usually packed throughout the day; makes me wonder if people even work in offices anymore around here. More than likely I’ll be back tomorrow!

This is the first place I visited after my flight back to my home state. I had no food in our place, and my boss’ little present of a Starbucks gift card was much needed for my first meal in Loma Linda. Place was small, but busy. Various tables and cushioned chairs were spread around, most occupied with students and their laptops. I’ve never been in a city before where there was only 1 Starbucks. Outdoor seating was available, which I used just to brag back to my former coworkers that I was back home in humidity-free CA, sipping a venti iced chai under the palm trees. There were random breakfast sandwiches at this location, which were decent. Service was efficient and the staff was professional. On a follow-up visit, I was grateful that no one gave me attitude when I showed up with multiple gift cards. The barista cheerfully found out which card had the free drink on it. I liked that they knew their regulars. But I agree with other Unilocalers to not come in here during rush hour. I was lucky to have come in after their morning rush(but still couldn’t find seating indoors). Other than the fact that this is quite literally the only Starbucks in town, there really was nothing that made this particular store stand out.

DONOTCOMEHEREDURINGRUSHHOUR!!! You will wait 30 mins for your drink! There are a couple of baristas who are not friendly with attitude. Apparently they didn’t read the employee handbook. The best time to go is early morning.

This Starbucks is in a new plaza with other places to eat(waba grill, firehouse subs, a yogurt shop are all next to each other, there’s even a McDonalds… What the hell is going on, this is Loma Linda, Land of the vegetarian Seventh Day Adventists) so it’s usually crowded, especially since this is Loma Linda and there was never a huge fast food/chain presence. The low stars are for the fact that there is never anywhere to sit due to the students who have decided to camp out here. Personal rant: I’ve stopped in here probably a dozen times since it opened it never fails that students are hogging all the tables and it is hard to find somewhere to sit and enjoy the drink you just paid $ 5 for. I was a student for many years and I never understood those who find it necessary to try to concentrate in the noisiest coffee shops possible. For gods sake, you are paying mountains of money to Loma Linda for your tuition, go use their gigantic QUIET student library. Also, if you are going to sit at Starbucks for 8 hours with your computer, notes, and flash cards at least have the decency to buy something from Starbucks besides the tiniest cheapest cup of water or whatever. I see students with their packed lunches(I am not exaggerating) and own drinks from home.

Great coffee(I only order one thing: cappuccino), good atmosphere, plenty of seating, and a nice staff. Parking can get a little far of a walk at busy hours.

pros: good location, ample seating if it weren’t a high traffic coffeeshop, outdoor seating Cons: expect that your order will be wrong. I’ve had them serve me many drinks over ice when I specifically ordered a latte, I’ve had them forget to add extra espresso when I ordered it. Almost always crowded– it’s a university town, it’ll be crowded, but they seemed to not take that into account when building it since there’s never enough space for anyone. During the rush the wait is sometimes 30mins.

Great location and really nice comfortable interior with friendly staff. I’m so glad we finally have a Starbucks in the area that has a Clover machine for making the freshest coffee possible using the beans of my choice. This is an upscale Starbucks, as they carry the Reserve coffee selections usually only found in places like Dana Point or Pasadena. Fantastic to have these options available in the Inland Empire.

They need bigger tables for students to use. Take out all the small high tables and put in a longer table that students can share.
