Ruined my eyebrows!!! I think the lady that did mine never had any training. My eyebrows were completely messed up and I was in tears. It has been 4 months and they haven’t grown back correctly since. I will never go there again! In my opinion stick to a professional!

For being a little kiosk in the mall-​this is a handy option for threading.
On the weekends, you have a better chance at having the same couple ladies working the booth. During the week it is a toss up. Either way, they’re usually all pretty friendly, fast, and efficient. My eyebrows never look bad and the threading lasts a while too.
They are a little more pricey than I would hope for. $ 12 dollars for eyebrows and it goes up for more threading in terms of body parts.
They’re A-​OK. Nothing more and nothing less. Reliable in terms of the service and efficiency. Don’t expect anything too grand while you scope this little kiosk out; it’s just a perfect quick eyebrow maintenance spot. Nothing spectacular.

It must be the person you get. I don’t remember the woman’s name that did mine. it started with a K. She did a great job and it was nice and quick. She also gave me a punch card and a coupon for the next time. She was really nice and it’s definitely my go-​to for eyebrows. I’ve been there multiple times and trust them, even though it’s just a mall kiosk.

I had a horrible experience. The woman literally made my eyebrows pencil thin. One of my brows had a very strange arch when she was done. She started threading my entire face without me asking, was very pushy. I came in for my eyebrows and chin, when I left I had no eyebrows and still had hair on my chin. I called to voice my complaint and she did offer to give me a coupon.
What an disappointment for New Years weekend. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for nearly 10 years and after moving to the west suburbs decided to try someplace closer to home. What a big mistake. You can tell this girl was not experienced in threading, people get threading to have more of a natural clean look, but it was totally the opposite. I am still livid. Now I have to wait patiently for my eyebrows to grow back. UGH!!!
