We LOVE Dr. Michaels! My daughter Sophie had her braces put on in the 5th grade. She only had to wear them for a little less than a year. We had a few consultations prior to choosing Dr. Michaels, we liked her philosophy the best of all! It’s been 3 years since Sophie’s braces have been removed and we couldn’t be happier with Sophie’s smile.
I just hung up the phone from booking our son Joe to have his braces put on by Dr Michaels. We look forward to seeing her and her good work again!
I highly recommend Dr. Christine Michaels as does our family Dentist, who was valedictorian of his dentistry class at Northwestern!

despite her response, the bottom line is someone-​presumably a patient– thought it was a problem enough to report her behavior and she was disciplined for it.

I’m not giving 5 stars until I’m done with braces, but so far I am nothing but impressed with Dr. Michaels and her staff!
I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a doctor’s office run so efficiently. For a change of wires, I’m in and out in 20 minutes flat. If that! The staff are friendly and helpful whether I have questions about my braces or my insurance coverage.
Easy access. Plenty of parking. First floor. Attractive office. Highly recommended!

This orthodontic office is fabulous. Dr. Michaels is a terrific orthodontist. I am getting Invisalign treatment from her, and she was very upfront with risks and success rates and explaining the pros/​cons between Invisalign and regular braces. I love her candor and ease of explanation.
I also can’t say enough good things about her practice. She and her dental assistants render top-​notch, professional, friendly and efficient service, the front desk and back office staff (Shelly, Marcia and team) are so friendly and helpful. It’s just a really well-​run, friendly office.
Plenty of parking and located next to the mall in Lombard. Very good services for children and teens, too.
I highly recommend Dr. Michaels for orthodontic work!
