The professionalism and special attention that David and his staff gives to my company is superb! They make you feel comfortable and walk you step by step through the process of working to improve and market your company. It is very easy to work with David. He speaks your language, for me that is great! I am not a computer expert nor a marketing expert but he makes you feel like you can have a great handle on your company’s growth and he has taught us a great deal about customer service and ways to improve how we look at the Internet and how to reach out to patients and our customers.
He implemented patient feed back surveys for our medical practice. Due to the patient feedback survey’s, our office has been able to implement changes to the way we conduct business on a daily basis. We have been encouraged by the positive feedback as well as the good criticism we have received. While all have been overwhelmingly positive, we have learned what we should continue doing and what we may have to tweek and improve on. Plus I get an immediate response that I can view and judge for myself. I recommend conversion strategies and feel comfortable giving them our continued business!
