Dunkin’ Donuts

Very friendly staff! They are also super quick sometimes depending on what I order I can be in and out within a minute or two it’s amazing. Love this DD!

The level of customer service is completely dissappointing at this store. They don’t have the same variety of doughnuts offered at other dunkins. They do not post all the food that they sell so its confusing. I go to other dunkins and order a little tortilla sandwich for my kids witch is listed on the dollar menu. When I asked about it at this store, because it wasn’t on their menu board, the worker mumbled something at me. When I asked for a milk he said, «No, milk.» I didn’t understand him, probably because of his mumblin’ manner, and when I reordered it, he just repeated, «No milk.» So to continue this awesome experience, I ordered 2 orders of hash browns. When I got my order, the female worker threw the bag at me. I looked inside and said, there’s only one bag of hash browns, I ordered 2. She said, «You only paid for one.» She could have tried to make my order right, instead she just walked away. (I guess my .99 hash browns weren’t important enough to her.) I thanked them for their excellent customer service and am now writing this review. I’m only one small voice but I really try hard to spend my $ locally I fell prey to the convenience of fast food. Please join me at the Funky Java down the road at Villa Ave where they offer customer service as well as decent coffee.

This place never fails to impress, the bagels are always on point, the coffee is that A+, and these reviews are lame the only reason I’m doing this is to give this place the 5 stars it deserves.

I ordered a decaf iced coffee and was definitely given regular, which is a huge problem since I’m allergic to caffeine. Called to report it, and the man said it would be too hard to find my order and verify, as if I would make this up. Will NEVER go back.

Wow, pretty much the friendliest and most effecient Dunkin’ Donuts EVER. I’m serious. I placed an order for the office which they perfected and handed to me and I was out fast. Being so close to the Metra they have their regulars, which I can see they memorize their orders and in most cases have them ready for them to go. Jimmy Johns can learn from the term, «freaky fast» from this place. The staff is very friendly and gives you a good morning spirit. Well done guys.

Very outgoing staff, I really enjoy stopping in. No drive-​thru and crummy parking make it a tough place to visit BUT the staff make the difference !

A convenient Dunkin’ Donuts location by the Metra Station Downtown for hot coffee or tea with fresh baked donuts during breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dunkin’ Donuts offers a nice, quiet place to sit and snack, while reading or simply waiting for the next thing to do. Next to the gas station at the corner of Main Street and St. Charles. Friendly service, while waiting in line for your order.

Man, I hate to write a bitter, negative review, but I’ve really had it with this Dunkin Donuts. I love donuts. l love coffee. I love breakfast sandwiches. I love all of these items from Dunkin Donuts. But I cannot stand this particular Dunkin Donuts.
The people who work here are impersonal robots who are out to screw you. Today they insisted on taking my coupon even though the menu price was the same as the coupon price. I wanted to keep my coupon in case I liked the waffle sandwich and happened upon another Dunkin Donuts that charged more for them, but no. (There was also one time when they charged me and my dad $ 12 for two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches, when according to the menu it should have been $ 9.) And, they were out of bacon. OUT OF BACON. How can that happen? What kind of world do we live in where you can’t have delicious bacon with your eggs? I had ham on my waffle sandwich instead, which was really pretty tasty, but I just don’t think I can keep spending money in this particular Dunkin Donuts.
I’ll drive a mile and a half down Main Street or over to Villa Park rather than come back here to get screwed again.
