Jimmy John’s

Did they just change management? I’ve order plenty of times in years past, great service. Now I get a rude phone reception, my most recent delivery driver wouldn’t even get out of the car… calls my phone and rudely says «Where are you!?» and then waits for me to walk to his car parked on the street to receive my order. Food is exactly what you would expect, just be ready for that warm reception.

The worst Jimmy Johns ever!!! always rude and really bad customer service and you can tell they hate there job! The one on Roselle is the best always nice, get your order right never seem mad or anyhting!

Ok when did Jimmy John’s get sky high? Walked in here for a sub and felt like I got raped. All I got was a #11, no drink or chips. Came out to $ 10. Somehow that’s not adding up to me. I’m done with Jimmy John’s!

Its a hit or miss with the sandwich meat. Sometimes its okay and other times it tastes like its been sitting out in room temp for hours.
Still freaky fast though

These guys get it right every single freaking time. It doesn’t matter how complicated the order, they’ll get it right! Isn’t it sad now just getting an order correctly is something I need to stress? The concept really should just be a no-​brainer in the food industry but alas, here I am chirping happily about Jimmy Johns.

The upside of this Jimmy Johns is that it’s clean, close to work, opens early (my lunch used to begin at 10:10am — no, that isn’t a typo — and doors would be open by 10:30), and employees are friendly. Despite a bad ordering experience almost two years ago, I’ve otherwise never had an issue; my order has always been correct and fresh.
My buddy called them about a week ago asking if they would be willing to donate some bread for the 1^st Annual Jay Oppenheimer Soup for Scholarship, which will donate funds to students pursuing post-​secondary education. It’s perfect, as Jay had such a way with so many of our students — especially ones a little rough around the edges.
Anyway, I stopped in today thinking I’d pick up a few loaves… and was handed two BOXES of bread! Jeebuz! Amazing! They were all fresh and wrapped.
It was so SO nice and really was a delicious addition to the soups my coworkers made. Total kudos to the staff at Jimmy Johns for their generosity and hard work!

I bet Jimmy is real thin, because the amount of meat on my samitch was. Me still hungry Jimmy. Fast yes. Happy… not so much.

I am not one to write reviews but I have had a terrible experience everytime I go to this Jimmy johns. Unfortunately it is the closest one to my work. I actually received a sandwich with everything expect the meat, actually paid extra for double the meat. Got back to my work, handed it to my husband and just bread, cheese and lettuce. Then they asked me to drive back and wanted their bread back. I know this is a company policy as my brother is a manager of jj’s at a different location, but NO apology whatsoever. They acted like I was inconveniencing them for actually asking for the meat I paid for. Terrible customer service. Good customer service will get any business far and I will never go to this location again. I have actually had an allergic reaction from one of their sandwiches as well, no Idea why. I don’t have any food allergies.

I thought it would be a good idea to update what I wrote two years ago on this place. I was a little harsh. \
I am increasing my overall rating from one star to two. This isn’t great but the people that work there are really hard working and nice people. The issues I had before with the store itself have improved. The radio and workers are no longer overly loud. And they really try to please their customers.
The negative I have is the franchise itself. As I mentioned before JJ’s was always my favorite sub shop. Over the last couple of years though, Jimmy has been cutting too many corners to improve profits. The amount of meat on the sandwich is a joke. The slices are actually transparent they are so thin. Its like eating a bread sandwich. And the bread itself has been reduced in size.
So I only go here now because I have to. Otherwise I would chose somewhere else.
I even tweeted Jimmy with the question as to why the stores are always running out of sprouts or not receiving them at all on their delivery’s. He replied asking what store location and I told him and never got an answer to my question.
So customer service is no longer a priority of this franchise.

Always good sandwich here. Fastness is not just commercial, it is truth, we get delivery and it comes quick with no hassle problems.

music is so loud, can’t hear a darn thing. What kind of hipster joint is this?

Pretty average. I was a little miffed at how long it took to be greeted when I came in — almost 5 minutes, which is not a good thing. One person was making sandwiches, one person was on the phone and two other people were standing around the person on the phone. The person who was making sandwiches came over and took my order. Not exactly efficient and the time was just too long. Was my sandwich correctly made? Yes. But the service could probably use some work.

I have a Jimmy John’s that I go to when I am at work and this is the one I order from when I am at home. I have been to a few JJs in my time. Some are good, others are average, I haven’t had a truly negative experience yet.
This particular JJs is fantastic. We have only ordered from here for delivery and the service has been really, really, really good. The sandwiches are delivered very quick (so fast that we actually do freak) and the drivers are extremely polite.

I ordered from this location every day as I worked right down the street from them. I always ordered the same thing and tipped well. Yet despite my loyal patronage, my service seem to get worse every time. The last straw was when I ordered a sandwich at 11:30 on a weekday. After more than an hour the driver arrived with my order. My prosciutto was tough and stringy, my diet coke was warm, and the cookie was… well the cookies from jimmy johns are always sub par. I give them two stars because theyre reliable and dont screw things up entirely, but other than that, I would not recommend them.

Jimmy John’s is truly freaky fast! We order at least once a week at work. In fact, the delivery men come straight to our door instead of the secretary’s desk now. They know who ordered the goods. I think that’s a sign that we need an intervention. My usual is a number 6 (no mayo) with the BBQ jimmy chips. Yum! The delivery guys are friendly and even laugh at our lame jokes every once in awhile.
I docked a star because we’ve had a few issues ordering online with them in the past. I know it’s not this location’s fault, but it’s freaking annoying when it takes you 20+ minutes to order lunch and your lunch break is essentially non-​existant and based completely on the number of clients served that day.

Fast service, a clean environment, and a friendly staff. I go here a couple times a month to get a bag of sandwiches for the office and they’ve yet to mess up my order.

Good ‘ol Jimmy John’s. Sandwich was done before I could fill up my cup. Mmm so tasty too.

I occasionally have to order food for large work meetings, and its usually a big hassle. Either the process for ordering is painful (telephone-​based ordering with frequent «hold for a minute» interruptions), or the food arrives in less-​than-​stellar shape. I’m mainly looking at you, Panera.
I decided to try Jimmy Johns this time for a 20-​person meeting. Yay for simple online ordering! The food arrived exactly on time, was super fresh, and they even threw in some pickles. Plus, it was cheaper than Panera. I was the rockstar of the meeting!

So you know the famous saying sandwiches so fast youll freak?
Well they are 100% right I freaked. I had ordered a couple sandwiches for my family at like noon and literally by noon:15 the sandwiches were at my front door. This is when I freaked, it was so fast I was not prepared, not dressed appropriatley, no money ready to give the man yet, not hungry enough yet, nothing! So since that happened they certainly deserve 4 shiny stars just for the delivery service.
