Do not shop at Lumber Liquidators. They currently have several class action lawsuits for Formaldehyde contamination. I purchased flooring from them a year ago, it’s still in boxes and it’s part of the federal investigation for high and toxic Formaldehyde levels, the company refuses to exchange it. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They claimed that the levels are at World Health Organization acceptable levels, when I asked for proof, I was hung up on. There was one guy at the Lombard location, named Sean that was trying to help, but his upper management and corporate still refused to exchange it even though it’s still in unopened boxes. Do not shop there, they don’t care about you or your family, they only care about their stock prices. Look it up.

I’m in the early stages of trying to replace my floors. My sister referred me here because they are used frequently on HGTV shows. Service was friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and prices, but I really couldn’t find much positive online feedback to make me feel confident in using them for my project.
