Office Depot

Awesome store, managers and staff. Always treated as a valued customer — even though, lately, I often go in there to make a few copies. However, because they have such a great selection of products, I often leave with far more than my copies.
Been going here for years — can’t say enough good things about this store. Gerry, one of the managers, has helped me diagnose a variety of problems with my laptops over the years, helped me fix when possible and sold me a laptop and printer when needed. Other great managers include Dustin, (copy services), Karin (store manager), as well as Jarvis.
As I said, staff are great too including the several people in the copy center.
To me, a sign of a great store is when they treat their customers like valued customers even if they come in frequently to spend less than a dollar each time to make copies.

I used the shipping features of this store a lot, in lieu of either USP or USPS which are both technically closer to home.
And, for fax /​emailing, they are super convenient, helpful, and it’s inexpensive.
I find their staff to be friendly and helpful. I find the prices on services are fair and reasonable.
I have never had a bad experience in this store!!!

I guess I got spoiled working in an office and having all the supplies courtesy of the company. I get sticker shock buying my own supplies. The store didn’t seem like it was stocked very well and kind of expensive

This Office Depot is fantastic! The store is clean and organized. The print staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I think this is due to the great leadership of their manager. I’ve interacted with him plenty of times and his priority is customer service. Keep up the great job.

I frequent this business to print items and purchase office supplies. Their customer service keeps me coming back. Today I was helped by David W. and Joe. Joe walked me step by step through the purchase of a new printer. David W. helped me at the print desk. I’m really grateful for both of their service. They were invaluable in addressing my various challenges. I’ll definitely be back for all of my printing and office supply needs.

The lady went out of her way to save me the LAST printer I needed and was very kind in helping me get a better understanding of what toner I should get. This place gets customer service. I’ll for sure be back.

After moving away a year ago, this Office Depot makes my best of list for best place to get copies! I’ve tried multiple places in Colorado Springs and no one can do my forms for my counseling practice as well as (or at as good of a price) as this Office Depot!

everyone here is so friendly. Always have what I am looking for and priced right. My only suggestion is to have more employees out in aisles. I had to search for someone to get answers about presentation folders. When I did find someone he was very helpful.

Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Great prices, sale items, and nice rebates through their rewards program.
It’s almost one stop shopping — I can ship packages, pick up stamps, order printing items and even find a present at this location. Priceless in my book!

The nice thing about this Office Depot is that it does not have the mirrors on the front (that blind you with the sun). (See photos). I have not seen an office depot in years that don’t have the blinding mirrors and suspect this is one of the last ones. Friendly staff as well.

$ 50 for a little pack of transparency paper? Should I bend over now or after your monopoly on 8 ½×11 plastic sheets in Dupage County has been made official?
Yikes! Well, I defo was not expecting to spend $ 50 on one package of transparency paper but lucky for Office Depot, they’re the only place in town (okay, the only place of the 5 other places I went to, after procrastinating for a week, that had them). Congrats on building yourselves a nice a little profit margin on that sumbitch.
Besides having what I was looking for (even though it cost more than a round trip plane ticket to Florida on Southwest in the off season), I was greeted as soon as I walked in and through the 2 on duty employees, was able to find the grossly overpriced paper that I so desperately needed.
The store itself is clean and well organized (besides the one item that I was looking for) and they have a lot of neat little office and school supplies that almost made me want my sh*tty desk job back… I said almost. Okay, not even close, but the point is that they had a wealth of neat sh*t.
If I need to get some office supplies I know this is a pretty reliable spot and if I need to get transparency paper I will go online so as to not have my wallet raped. Thanks for the valuable ($ 50) lesson, Office Depot.
