The communication was wonderful. I checked online and found a great price. They offered a no charge hold. The agent called the next day to set an approximate time for us to look at the unit. Upon arrival Carol walked us through all the necessary details. She physically walked us to the unit and opened it, checked it and spoke with us about how to store our personal belongings. She was quick but efficient. Very pleasant to work with and thorough! I would highly recommend this location for storage.

We reserved a storage unit here online, and then filled it this past weekend. The unit and location are secure, clean and well lit. Drew and Jan worked with us to get the locker and also with any remaining questions we had — they were very friendly and very helpful.

Outrageous rent increases once you’re in their storage. Mine increased from $ 140/​month to $ 198 in a 3 yr period. They are going to $ 214 in 6 months. Once they get you they really abuse you.
