If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Same as Dena H. I called looking for Gumballhead, and he said they had it in stock. When I got off of work and drove over there and he wanted me to buy a case of another beer! WHAT IS THAT!!!
So I wrote a letter to 3 floyds, detailing the practice, and they instantly got back to me and told me he would be taken off their distribution list!
Awesome Floyds just got even cooler… thanks guys!

Called yesterday to see if they had Three Floyds Gumball beer. Guy tells me they do. I ask if they can hold a 6 pack for me, he says no. So then, after work, (4:30pm) I called to see if they still had any. He said yes. Once I get there, the guy says to me that in order for me to buy this 6 pack, I have to buy one of the following: A case of beer, bottle of Wine, or a bottle of alcohol 750ML or larger. SERIOUSLY?! I have NEVER seen this anywhere before! So — i said to him, i called twice today, you really couldn’t tell me this on the phone?! I made a special trip there. Did NOT give them my money — or my business. The young man working there was very rude as well. Telling all my friends in Lombard not to shop at this shady liquor store.
