Soryn Carpet Cleaning

What a rip off company! They put a coupon deal to clean up to 720 sq. feet on Living Social for $ 61.00 which I bought in Feb. and planned to use after the spring rains. When I called them to make an appointment, I got VM and no call back. Then I went online to schedule with them on the website. No call backs. When I contacted Living Social and asked for a refund, they wouldn’t provide it (they’re NEXT on my complaint list) because «I hadn’t cancelled in the 7 days following purchase.» !! I didn’t WANT to use it THEN, duh!
So I called Soryn again and sent 2 emails. Nothing. Finally I wrote to the Better Bus. Bureau and guess what? Soryn finally called just to inform me they no longer honor the coupons EVEN THOUGH it states: Good thru 8÷22÷2013! And of course… told me Living Social would have to make the refund. Guess how far I got with them?!!
So…advise: I don’t care how long this company’s been around or how nice-​nice the owner is. Their handling of this situation is NOT professional. Oh… if they read this… I was going to ask you for additional carpet/​upholstery work and PAY FOR IT had you been more straightforward.

Avoid this company! Also bought Living Social coupon for cleaning and had to get a refund. After numerous attempts to call their number and E-​mail them for appointment, won’t answer and won’t respond to E-​mails! How frustrating is that when you’ve already paid them for their service? Go to a more reputable company and save yourself the aggravation.

My carpet looks amazing after he does his magic on it. Every time Soryn cleans my carpet, it looks great.
Patrick, the owner, does the work himself. He vacuums thoroughly first, including using a crevice tool by the baseboards.
I made the mistake of using another carpet cleaning service because they had a deal on Amazon Local. Check my other reviews, I reviewed his rotten service. The other carpet cleaning service told me that my carpet was so stained and worn, that 95 percent of the stains would not come out. I asked for a refund, then had Soryn come out and clean my carpet.
I asked Soryn how bad my carpet was, from one to ten. He said it was about a four. Average. He did a beautiful job cleaning it once again.
Soryn gives discounts if you get your carpet cleaned more than once a year. I usually do it there our four times a year so that works out great for me.
