The Pros: Quick response time.
The Cons: Spoke with a guy who was pleasant enough when I called for service, but as soon as he had my company’s money, didn’t want to be bothered. He was extremely rude and would not discuss his work, and would not fulfill my request for a receipt without charging me. I didn’t want to give one star because the work was done, but if his business is that good that he feels he can be rude to a possible repeat customer, then I’ll just go with someone else with future business.

I CALLED A NUMBER THAT MY NIEGHBOR HAVE ME FOR A GREAT SEPTIC GUY. On Monday I called a guy Named ROLLIN, and informed him that I needed to have my septic pumped. This is after another company was out repairing a broken pipe. Well Rollin showed up within 30 minutes to my amazement. I did not expect him to be there so quick. I asked if they could return the next day, and they did right on time. Rollin and his Son GARY are very nice and pumped out our tank very quickly. No mess and very clean hoses used to pump. They had plenty of hose to reach my backyard from my driveway. Rollin is a great guy to talk to and is very knowledgeable and now know why he is HIGHLY recommended. Also he has been in the service for some time, so he knows how important it is to get the job done right the first time and very professional. As a family owned business, the price was below what you would expect. Also lower than others.
If you want it done right and FAST these are your guys, and being family owned, they really care about the job they do.

I called with a problem on a Saturday and the gentlemen answered! He was extremely helpful and they were out the next day. In person, they were extremely helpful and truly are experts with troubleshooting any septic issues. We are new to septic system care so I really appreciated the time he took to explain watch outs with our system. Very professional and knowledgable. 5 stars!

My family began using white septic about 8 years ago when we called them to take care of a problem. Roland did an outstanding job for us and fix our problems we were having. I have used this company several times since and have referred him to many neighbors who have all been equally impressed with his workmanship.
