Just purchased a special occasion dress in the Woodfield Mall store for $ 85 and it is final sale. Fine, no problem, love the dress. At home, my daughter found it on the
website for $ 39. They will not give refund me the difference. Bad Business…

The staff was not so helpful you actually have to look for them in order for them to help.
The inventory seems scattered and all over. The dressing rooms are messy. Check the dresses some are pricey with rips I brought that to the sales clerks attention. She didn’t really seem to care.
The selection is mediocre. I signed up for an email promo for 15% off and the store did not honor it. I spent ten minutes going thru my email.

Windsor is mostly known for it’s Prom and Special Occasion dresses, but it has an interesting selection of every-​day clothes and accessories as well.
What I like about Windsor is that their clothing is pretty unique and ranges from casual to dressy. Also, when they put dresses on clearance, they don’t joke around! I’ve gotten Special Occasion dresses here for under $ 20, and have had no issues with them.
What I DON’T like about Windsor is their regular clothing. Oh, the styles are lovely… I bought a very unique military-​style vest here that has gotten more than a few compliments. It’s very versatile, as well… depending on what it’s paired with, it would be equally at home in a pop-​ish wardrobe or a Steampunk’s. But it was pricey… I paid nearly $ 40… and the quality is very poor. The first day I wore it, the zipper broke. I brought it back and was told that they’d had a lot of issues with the zipper. But I exchanged it, thinking if it happened again I could easily fix it. Within hours of putting the new one on for the first time, although the zipper held, I lost TWO decorative buttons! So now, I will have to exchange it again, and take a needle and thread to it to make sure nothing breaks before wearing it. On a $ 40 vest!!! I will work with this vest because I’ve already paid for it and I really like how it looks, but I won’t buy anything but Special Occasion dresses from Windsor again.
