Constantly had to call the office, with no results. I have a 20 year old organic garden and told them not to touch trees or above ground garden beds or plants on my patio (in containers). They did whatever they wanted. They cut back and ripped apart my white peach tree, my 15 «lilac, pulled out 3 old tubarose plants, removed my asparagus patch, and so much more I cannot list it all.
The worker was constantly on his phone, I even videoed it and sent to Brandon and was assured he would not be back but is back. The workers have a real attitude when we try to talk to them. They would rather clip dead leaves on my patio than do what they are hired to do.
I pay for an hour a week and unless we are here to supervise them, they leave in less than 15 minutes. They also come whenever they want and not at the scheduled time. When they cancel they just dont show up and if I complain, they will show up on a different day and time — if they feel like it.
Terrible service. workers do not know the difference between a weed and a treasured plant. They are not to be trusted with your garden.

American Arbor Care is simply the best. As President of my HOA I have to work with many companies to maintain our property. Brandon and his team are great from start to finish each time they have come out. They show up when they say they will and do a top rate job. They clean up and leave the job in great shape and the prices he has given us have always been fair and in most cases below other companies. One other thing I like is they are true arborists. They know their trees from the roots to the top branch. I highly recommend them for any job you might have.

Just got off the phone with the office mgr. Stephanie and was impressed with the personality of the company. They care greatly about customer service and have a good reputation!

We had American Arbor Care trim our pine tree. Like the other reviewers, we were told to wait for the best time to trim the tree. I really appreciated that Brandon cared about how are tree would be long term. We’d have him do work again for us in a heartbeat.

American Arbor is fabulous. We needed to get a lot of different trees trimmed (pines, fruit, citrus, etc). I got estimates from several companies. What was the difference? Brandon. When he saw our trees, he gave us a quote and then mentioned that he would not be cutting the pines until later. If you cut pines at the wrong time of year, you can get a lot of sap and/​or stunted growth. Professional service, awesome office staff, and honestly the best company for cutting your trees in a way that allow for long term beautiful growth!

I wanted to share how happy I am, with the Tree Trimming this wonderful Co. provided for me. Trimmed a Japanese Black Pine in my front yard. Trimmed a tall Yucca plant as well. Very professional service. Very timely. Very considerate. Highly recommended. Thank– you!
