Rolling Hills Apartments

Came here all the way from the SF Valley for my appointment with Cynthia. Once I got here, she was nowhere to be found and she would not answer my calls or return my messages. I even spoke to her an hour prior to confirm, and that was the last I heard of her. There was also another family that had an appointment with her, but they couldn’t reach her either. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This place looks awesome from the outside and the location is fantastic. Too bad, so sad. But, based on the other review– guess I didn’t miss out on anything.

I am giving this place one star for many reasons. Besides liking the view from our apartment, the nice helpful maintenance men and a couple of friendly neighbors this place was terrible. From the sloppy people who leave their garbage/​coffee/​ice cream spills in the elevator, to the random shopping carts in the hallway, or the numerous times signs were posted about attempted break-​ins, to how terrible the management is, to the rude people who leave their laundry sitting in the washer and dryers for hours or days at a time so no one can do laundry. There should really be more than one person handling this large of a complex and someone who is better at customer service and professionalism. Hmmm what else? Maybe a security guard so drug addicts arent found squatting in the empty apartments. STAY AWAY from this place!

This apartment is a pleasant place to stay forever. The management and service guys are very responsive and friendly. This apartment is best with lot of closets in the kitchen. You will never find that many in any other place.
Cynthia the manager and Jose Service guy are very friendly and fixes the issues very soon.
I vacated this place only because My job demanded to move out of state. If ever I had to move back to areas near Torrance in CA I would just go back to this place without hesitating.
