One star for the kind gentleman who answered the phone and gave me the phone number of their braider named Kendra. I called, she failed to answer her phone, and her mailbox was full. I sent a text to her after and she answered pretty quickly. I was looking to get my hair done for my birthday and I told her that. I showed her a style I was interested in but as soon as she sent me a photo of the back of the head of someone else with a similar hair style, I hated it. She scheduled me for Saturday 10/​09/​2015. I know nothing about hair as I just recently went natural. She told me very vaguely what hair to buy as if I was supposed to know the lengths. I guess I was supposed to walk into the store, spin around 10 times and hope I landed on the right hair. I wanted to make sure I brought the correct items with me because this is coming out of MY POCKET. Two days before the appointment I decided I wanted to do something more feminine and asked her what hair I would need and what product she wanted me to bring. Remember I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HAIR. It was like I was talking to a wall… short answers and then at the last minute chick bows out and says she’s sick. Riiight… I guess money is good for her. Surely she didn’t want $ 150+ for a job. If she can pass that up then good for her. I will not recommend anyone to her as there are many other more patient braiders without a high horse or a stick up their ass. Chick knows people spend THEIR money to buy the hair so they want to make sure the come correct. If «hair novices» have a lot of questions pick up your fucking phone and take 5 minutes to talk to your client WHO PAYS YOU FOR A SERVICE and patiently answer their questions. Either way I hope the diarrhea didn’t hit you too bad this time around Kendra. BTW my hair looks great… No thanks to you!

Never coming to this place again, they messed up my hair. Apparently they don’t know how to cut any type of hair.
