These guys recently lost the lease on the restaurant so now I think they only operate at the farmers market. I do like the chicken curry. For me, the chicken sticks are too undercooked. The curry portion was much larger before they closed the restaurant. I never received even a hint of friendliness from their staff. Once even called me a liar when they shorted me on a to go orders. Unfortunately for them, I’ve found other places to get my curry fix with better flavor and no attitude.

Just heard that this place is closing but they will still be serving food at the El Segundo Farmer’s Market which is where I’ve tried them a few times. Today I had a BBQ chicken stick and a thai tea with boba. Great price for a great tasting boba drink… only $ 2.50. Chicken stick was $ 2.25 so nice little meal for a hair under $ 5. The stick is delicious… sweet red marinade with a nice char on it. A decent portion of meat. The pad thai and rice are just so-so. Chicken curry is good and priced very reasonably. Haven’t tried their won tons yet but people seem to enjoy them. Service could be friendlier.

We learned about Thai Tiffany because they have a booth at the Torrance Farmer’s. A family favorite is the chicken sticks as well as the noodles w veggies. I decided to try the restaurant on a whim & was pleased with the restaurant. The buffet is good because you get to try a variety of dishes but it was very busy on the Saturday that we went. I must say dinner was much more enjoyable because the atmosphere is much more calm so service is also much better. Favorites: chicken sticks, tofu veggies, pad Thai w tofu. WC: Very clean

Love love love this place! The food and people here are the best. Great food and great prices. Can never go wrong when stopping in. Stopped in for lunch buffet. Food quality was amazing and plentiful. Enjoyed all of all the great food, curry chicken, fried rice, pad thai, satay! Soo much to enjoy, including a respectful and helpful staff.

It was our first time trying out this place after having some of their food from the Torrance Farmers Market, my husband really loves the Chicken Satay, which is always cooked fresh and the red marinade makes it even more delicious. We came here for the lunch buffet on the weekend, we have never been to a Thai buffet before so we were very curious about what would be served. The place was busy but not overly crowded, there was no fighting over the food. They have a good selection of food, rice, salad and desert. The best things are definitely the Chicken Satay, Yellow Curry Chicken and the Ground Beef with Eggplant. These dishes were full of flavor and they didn’t skimp on the meat. I don’t think the Pad Thai is that great, but definitely the other dishes make up for it. Service was good, the people working there were very attentive and friendly. All of the dishes were replenished before empty. This place is great in terms of value for money, for the amount of food we ate, it was worth it. I would like to try this place for take out/dinner and see how their dishes compare.

Ugh I was hoping this would be a tasty thai place by my work that I would visit often. Sadly not… I will stick to Yum Thai Bistro or Phuket Thai. My stomach is not liking the noodles I consumed… I ordered pad see ew and EWWWWW it was. The noodles were mushy, teeny tiny chopped up chicken. The egg rolls flavorless and dry(which were suppose to be spring rolls) Spring rolls are wrapped with rice paper. Clearly, they do not know the difference between the two. Never. AGAIN.

Lunch buffet Great variety, unusual desserts a average taste. Not sure about the price because my below average date paid. No or slow service. Whenever I asked for something I was given an odd look. Like can I have a napkin mine is wet. Can we have more water? Or comment to can you bring more pad see ew.- there’s a little left. Uh not really … just like my reply when asked, –would you go back? Uh not really.

It’s a bit difficult to grade Thai Tiffany because there are so so many varying factors involved, but at the heart of it — I just keep coming back to this place because I absolutely love their daily lunch special. So I’m only going to focus on the positive things about Thai Tiffany, such as… 1. CHICKENSATAYSKEWERS. HOLYMOTHEROFOSIRIS them skewers alone deserve a 20-billion star rating. Saying that the skewers are«good» would be an even bigger understatement than«Salma Hayek has big boobs». I’m just sayin’. You’ve never eaten chicken satay until you’ve tried it from here. 2. Very friendly staff that are on point when it comes to filling up water and taking your plates away. 3. All-you-can-eat lunch special, EVERYDAY! $ 9.75 on weekdays, $ 11.75 on weekends. 4. Delicious Thai iced tea My favorite dish here by far is their chicken satay skewers, in case that wasn’t made clear already. They charge about $ 2 per skewer at the Farmer’s Market in Torrance, so I try to eat at least 10 when I come here for lunch so that I feel I got my money’s worth. Aside from that, I also really like the braised beef & tofu dish; the pad Thai is pretty standard, and everything else is A-okay(spicy ground beef & eggplant, seafood curry, fried Rice, etc.). They do have a nice assortment of condiments, like red pepper spices, Sriracha, some other seedy chili paste thingamajig. Man, if they ever have a chicken satay eating challenge, I will be the first to sign up! Grade: Chicken satay, get in my bellay!

Not bad at all! Came here for Sunday lunch buffet. Wasn’t too crowded, and the waitresses were friendly. I really enjoyed the Tom Kha Soup… oh my goodness they make it with coconut milk… definitely one of the more delicious Tom Kha Soup I’ve tried so far! I also liked the BBQ Skewers, Mussels, Yellow Chicken Curry(peanut sauce-y), and fried rice. Unlimited thai tea… and also one of the most delicious thai teas to date for me! I thought the pad thai was a little bland… tasted better when I put the sauces from the other entrees on top. If only you weren’t so far away from OC… I’d be there weekly! … or everyday, TBH.

GREAT thai food. We recently moved to the area and this will be our thai place. Moist pad thai, flavorful everything and decent portions and prices. I’m happy.

After returning from Thailand, we went on the hunt for the best and most authentic Thai food we could find in the South Bay and Thai Tiffany is it! The flavors will excite your palate. We love to start with the Tom Kha Soup, the coconut milk base is so yummy, we enjoy both the vegetable and chicken choices. Our other two long time favorites are the yellow curry chicken and the fish filet. If you’re new to Thai food I would suggest the lunch buffet, you’ll have the chance to try quite a bit of what they have to offer. This is now our tried and true Thai favorite, we enjoy Tanya and her staff who are so sweet,! We feel just like we’re part of the family. Enjoy

You cant beat the price for the lunch time buffet… omg. I use to come here alot when i was pregnant & its been a min since Ive been back, perhaps its time :) My fav is the pad Thai, curry and the chicken satay with the peanut sauce… mm mmm mmmm! It starts at 11& i recommend you hit it early because it tends to get packed… quick and than its that awkward moment when the trays empty & you just stare it. Parking is provide in the rear of the building. Nothing is better than walking the meal off at the 99 cents store across the st. oh yeaa.

Into every dining adventurer’s life a little rain must fall. And so it was with my foray away from the coast to Lomita for the nearest Thai lunch buffet. The dining area consisted of one large room that was well-attended by a varied lunchtime crowd. The buffet is in a side room, with multiple stations. There were numerous entrée options; most of them were lackluster at best. Those that were edible did have reasonably quick turnover. The chicken satay, mentioned in so many reviews, was good, but dry. The chicken in other entrees could be considered… stringy, in some cases. Desserts consisted of jello cubes, an attempt at fresh fruit, and two tureens — one full of a lukewarm mystery substance, and one full of the often-mentioned corn concoction. The latter was quite good. While it’s possible to cobble together a couple of plates of food here, I was … just not favorably impressed. They didn’t do a *bad* job, really — it’s just that there is better food and service quality for the money up the road. One odd note was when one of the servers tossed my check onto the table barely 20 minutes after I arrived. I can’t remember the last time that’s happened. In fact, none of the servers said much of anything to me until I was getting ready to leave — and that server was quite pleasant. Go figure. If you’re jonesing for Thai buffet, as I was for some inexplicable reason, you won’t die eating the food here. But you might be reminded of why the avoidance of buffets is not a bad idea in general.

I came here for dinner after passing by for the 15 – 20 years that Thai Tiffany has occupied this space. In spite of its longevity, the restaurant is very clean and tastefully decorated. Generally, old Asian restaurants smell like old Asian restaurants — not Thai Tiffany. Dark wood tables, carpeted floors, attractive color scheming and even mood lighting. I was surprised… We started with the Tiffany Rolls, which are their fried spring rolls. Delicate rice paper surrounds a mixture of cabbage, very thin noodles and other veggies. The four rolls were perfectly hot and crisp, with the interior veggies still crunchy and fresh. This is definitely one of the best spring rolls that I have had. I would imagine that they would not be as good on the lunch buffet, because they sit, but(at $ 4.95) they are a perfect dinner starter. For dinner, we ordered the Shrimp with Asparagus in Garlic Wine Sauce, the Green Beans(hold the protein) and Brown Rice. We asked them to make everything a little spicy, which apparently the chef declined. Fortunately, our waitress brought the tray of hot seasonings to our table. Shrimp with Asparagus in Garlic Wine Sauce — two inch segments of crisp tender, sweet asparagus with medallions of carrot and chunks of mushroom with about 11 – 12 little shrimp in a garlic-y, basil sauce. The veggies were perfectly cooked, and the shrimp was tasty(there is just not much of it). I liked the sauce, but I was really looking for some heat, so I added chili sauce, which perfected it. Green Beans — not your standard prik king. These pile of green beans was in a more vinegary sauce with chili powder rather than using the standard chili sauce. I actually loved the difference. And, I could add my own chili sauce to amp up the heat a bit. The vinegary sauce also was heavenly with the brown rice. Brown Rice — I generally think that rice is the biggest snooze fest on the planet. Except, Thai Tiffany has this amazing hearty rice that you cannot pass up. I must have had three little scoops(compared to my usual 1 that I do not even finish). We had the Lemongrass Tea with our dinner, which was wonderful. I would have given the place 5 stars, but the service is not so good. The owner(I think) welcomed us, but the waitress is a little… well…slow. We asked for water without ice — she brings water with ice and only brings some without ice after the third time asking. We asked for the food to be medium spicy and it was all mild(like she did not even tell the chef). C’est la vie. I would come back for the food. :)

It has been 15 years… It has been 15 years since I was last at Thai Tiffany. Moved to Santa Barbara and now I’m back. Décor has improved dramatically and their space has increased. So, obviously they are doing good. Went for the lunch buffet. AYCE for $ 10 + the Governor’s share. Love the peanut dressing on the salad, the curry and the noodles. I didn’t put them out of business, but I got my $ 10 worth. Yea, it won’t be 15 more years before I’m back.

3.5 stars. The staff are friendly but not stand out in terms of service. I came here with my boyfriend for their AYCE lunch buffet. The variety is decent for the price, and extremely reasonable for 9 bucks on a weekday. I liked the pad thai, coconut soup, and their Chicken Satay especially. The reason why I give it 3.5 instead of 4 stars though is that after we eat here, I always feel bloated and a bit dehydrated(more than would be expected from Thai food) for the rest of the day. Note that I drank water with my meal both times coming so I did not overload on thai tea or soda.

If you ever find yourself at Wilson Park on a Tuesday or Saturday morning, you will find a bustling flea market thriving in the early air. Vendors from all over the South Bay come here to trade and sell their wares to the tides of people drifting from stall to stall. The waif of barbecued meat prances through the air, drawing people in left and right. The source of the aroma directs you to a stall where a long line is always in queue. The stall belongs to Thai Tiffany, a local Thai restaurant in Lomita. Yet, having won over the crowds at the flea market, would their restaurant live up to their reputation? When first entering the restaurant, you’ll be surprised by how ornate and well decorated the restaurant is. Ornate wooden panels against walls, Thai dancer dolls, and gold maple leaves are just some features to the restaurant. It is dimly lit, emphasizing the natural light streaming in from their front windows. The mood is calm and relaxing, with the audible flow of water streaming in the background. In a small dip to one side of the restaurant lies the lunch buffet. It is here you will find a small assortment of dishes, almost an all star list of their best items. They have pad thai(a sweet rice noodle dish with eggs and peanuts), seafood curry(flavored with scallops, clams, crab, and coconut milk), pad see ew(think of a Thai version of chow fun), and of course, their chicken satay. For anyone new to Thai food, the buffet is the best way to go. You don’t have to worry about getting something you dislike, and if you find something you love, you can eat as much as you want. The best dishes in the tour of food were arguably the pad thai, spicy beef and eggplant, pork and tofu stew, and of course, the chicken satay. Those charred sticks of sweet marinated chicken can make any mouth salivate. Also, considering these sticks are the main draw at the flea market, going for $ 3 a pop, being able to eat as much as you want for the lunch buffet price of $ 10 is well worth the money. Just make sure you have the gastro fortitude to eat till you explode. Thai Tiffany is an attractive restaurant with good food, calm atmosphere, and alluring prices. The staff is kind and the price is right. Although the food could be better, the quality is well worth the price. The place is definitely worth checking out, for both new lovers of Thai cuisine, and those more seasoned.

Pretty decent food for a buffet. We had never had a thai buffet before and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of thai Tiffany! Love the sautéed veggies and dessert tapioca-corn soup(no idea what the real thai name is). The service is excellent, very attentive and friendly. I’d def. eat here again!!! Yummilicious Factor = A–

I used to think that there was no good Thai buffet in the US but I was somewhat wrong. This restuarant offers a variety of Thai food in their buffet line. The food was not so authentic and that’s why I gave 4stars, not 5. Actually, that’s not really a big deal as some restuarants in Thailand also serve not-so-authentic Thai food. They somehow americanized theeir Thai food for the majority of their customers. Anyway, Thai Tiffany offers 10+ choices of thai food along their buffet line. Fried noodle, white rice, fried rice, salad bar, dessert bar. Their black sticky rice with coconut milk was SOGOOD. The boba tapioca pearls in coconut milk was also DELISH! they also have red jello and juicy sweet mandarins. YES, they have 2 Thai dessert with fruit and jello! I think that was great. The paa-lo soup was very good with plenty of hard-boiled eggs, tofu, and pork in tasty herbal brownish soup. I had it on white rice and I dreamed of being back home in Thailand. The spicy stir fried seafood was full of big shrimps, huge mussels and imit crab. They also have about 3 – 4 vegetarian choices too. My boyfriend says those are good too. The lunch buffet for 4 people and one Thai iced ted came out to $ 42. I love it now. I need to go on a diet a bit before I can return there. I’ll surely get fat if I go there as often as I want! — Updated — I returned for buffet another two times. Choices remain the same, 15 different food. They have deep-fried shrimps on weekends and wanton soup instead of rice porridge sometimes. Both times were the same yummy. — Updated — We went for dinner one day … pricy :(but delish!

I have always adored Thai Food, especially curry and pad thai. My top 5 favorite foods or type of food would always include Thai but Thai would never rank #1, now after eating at Thai Tiffany, that has all changed. From that moment on, Thai is now either first of second ranked. I always eat there around lunch time for their buffet and I am never disappointed when I leave. Their food is extremely delicious and simple. They have a salad bar with fresh vegetables and fruits, a dessert table, another table with main course dishes and then a table with soups and fried egg rolls. It sounds a lot but compared to other buffets, the amount of choices is just right. I love their Phat Thai, green tapioca dessert with corn and squash, seafood curry and coconut milk soup. Just those four dishes alone can make up the menu and still will please everyone. Their decoration of the restaurant is very beautiful. The wall is this deep red color with different paintings in gold. The tables are dark wood and the floors are carpet. All together the aesthetics is so cohesive and fitting with the food, not to mention the employees are very friendly and service is great.
