Really well maintained park. There are so many toys in both sides for the dogs to play with.

Way to go Lompoc. Great dog park. Regulars seem to take care of the facility. Maintenance workers need an applause for the upkeep. Great job!

Very nice dog park. I visited from out of town and my small dogs needed to stretch their legs a big. They are not the most dog friendly dogs so I was a bit anxious as we entered the small dog area. There were several small dogs already there and one large dog. My dogs are skittish and afraid of big dogs and prefer to be the smeller rather than the smellee, but the other dogs were well behaved. The people were friendly and understood doggie issues– that my dogs weren’t being aggressive, just scared. They let the interactions play out and my dogs warmed up to the crowd and even played a bit. I was very impressed with the friendly people, the well behaved dogs and the nice facility. If I’m ever in the area again I will return to the dog park.

My dog loves this place, friendly people, nice area, traffic is a little fast on Barton so be careful before you take fido off the leash. I do like the complimentary seating provided free of charge. Was that redundant? I give it 3 bones out of 5, best dog park on the northwest side of town by far.

there weren’t any other dogs to play with here every time i checked :(
but its a great lay out and a nice place to run your pup… even if there arent other doggehs there.
the only others i saw here was a homeless dude who brought his dog in to hose down with him. that was weird. he didnt seem to notice where he was. or care. so i dont think youd be bothered.

There’s a small and big dog play area. Very good way to socialize your dog. Met some of the other pet owners and everyone is extremely friendly! Lots of chairs to sit on and watch your pup play.
