The florist did a great job with the arrangement of flowers, my girlfriend loved them! I asked them to deliver on the same day and even though they were busy on Halloween, they accommodated my request. Very professional and courteous — I plan to use them again and would definitely recommend them! FYI, I found them doing an online search for Lompoc florists and saw they had a 4+ star rating on Unilocal and see why they have rated well. Thank you!

I had a last minute request that was important to me but wasn’t sure it could be done in time. I needed flowers delivered the next day by a certain time or my plan would not have worked at all. From the moment I called they were great. After I told him what I wanted he said it would be no problem and took me through the process of getting it all setup. That night he even texted me a preview of the arrangement. The next day it was delivered on time to the requested location and he text me again as soon as it was dropped off and told me who he left the flowers with. This was all for a surprise so I had peace of mind knowing it was all taken care of before I arrived. The service was great and the flowers were much more than I even expected. This was a great experience. I wish I lived closer so I could use them more. From the moment I called to the time we arrived the experience was great and the customer service unmatched. Many thanks to this place!!!

I am from Lompoc but currently living in LA and needed a florist to send some flowers to family members who live in Lompoc so I called Bella Florist for a couple of different occasions, one for my aunts birthday and one for my grandmas. They were super sweet and friendly. I gave them a budget and they worked with it! They sent the MOST beautiful arrangements to both my aunt and grandma and I was more than please with the outcome! I called this place solely based on Unilocal scores and the designer I spoke with said the magic words «just let me take care of it» and I knew I’d called the right place. They were a dream to work with and knew exactly the product I was referring to when I went in to collect (one bouquet and three boutonnière.) I just gave them a price range and color scheme and they did the rest.
Fantastic work, I’ll be going back for my future flower needs.

I’m not from Lompoc and needed a florist who could deliver a bouquet for me. I was incredibly pleasantly surprised by the way Diane took care of me as a customer and worked with me to stay within my price range. She made a BEAUTIFUL arrangement and even sent me pictures once it was complete. Her personal touch and passion for ensuring customer satisfaction is something that it seems most other businesses are missing. I would absolutely contact Diane in the future if I ever needed to purchase flowers in Lompoc

Blake and Diane made the most wonderful (and HUGE) bouquet for my sister and her husband’s first anniversary. We brought it with us to their dinner and it was quite the stunner, as it was easily 4ft tall! Everyone was amazed at how artfully it was displayed and the quality and variety of the flowers was wonderful. It lasted quite a while after it was taken home, too. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends for all their floral needs.

Bella Florist is awesome! I ordered an arrangement for a family friend whom is an elderly gentleman who likes to garden and just lost his wife they suggested doing an arrangement in a cigar box and it turned out amazing and they went above and beyond and my friend really liked how it looked and loved it! I would recommend Bella Florist to everyone! They are so creative and great costumer service… Plus I think their shop is super pretty!

I could not have been happier with Bella Florist! I called in the evening and even though they were technically closed for the day, the woman told me it would not be a problem at all to get an arrangement delivered that night. I gave her a general description of what I wanted and she made the most beautiful arrangement!!! She even sent me a personalized text later letting me know it had been delivered. I don’t think I’ve ever had such amazing customer service. So impressed!!!

Hubby has surprised me with flowers from here a few times and they are always fresh and gorgeous. They last a good long time too. He says he picks a few flowers he likes and the she does her magic and makes it into a beautiful arrangement. The price is decent and he likes to support our local area so that’s a plus.

At 1:15pm on the day I needed the flowers delivered, she was will and able and EAGER to send the flowers. She answered all of my questions and even thought of a few that I didn’t. I will definitely use this shop again.

Well I bought flowers for valentines day and the flowers lasted for two days… This is not my first time buying flowers. I think people buy from here because its the only flower place. I do not recommend. Drive the extra 25 min and buy from anywhere in Santa Maria.

The owner, Diane, and her staff do such a wonderful job. She has such a talent with flowers. I have purchased flowers from other florists in the past and have been so disappointed; the arrangements you typically get are so sparce and usually fade within a day or two. However, Diane always goes above and beyond to ensure you get the most beautiful flowers for your money. Buying from the toll-​free is always such a gamble. Why take the risk when you have a well-​established, professional, and talented local florist right here on Vandenberg AFB. I WILL NOT buy my flowers anywhere else or from anyone else! Thanks Diane
