Don’t let looks fool you; This is a fairly nice place to live. The property manager is great; very friendly, very helpful, very fair, and she works very hard to keep the complex safe/​clean. This is one of the few apartment complexes I’ve lived in where people generally care who their neighbors are and try to look out for each other.
If I have two gripes, they are: the weight room that was advertised on the website has long been closed and is now the property’s storage room, and the pool seems to only be maintained seasonally (I don’t use it anyhow). These aren’t really worth mentioning if you consider the complex is much cheaper than others in the area.
