I originally called LVF because I wanted to send a cheery balloon to someone but knew I would have to order some flowers too. I ordered the minimum flower arrangement they had and added a balloon($ 7). The flowers were delivered timely but they arrived with NOBALLOON. Remember, the reason I gave them my business was for the balloon. They called me approx 2 hours after they had delivered the arrangement to let me know they were still looking for the balloon(smiley face) that i had requested. They were calling to ask if I minded them using a different design. I asked them why would they deliver the flowers ANDTHEN ask about the balloon. They were going to deliver the balloon separate. Piece-meal my order, no thank you! I requested the balloon refund and also requested a credit for the delivery charge($ 8.95 i believe). Anna said they could not do thay as they had delivered the flowers but i told her i wanted to be compensated, some how, for the screw up. She said she would have Connie(owner) call me. Connie called me later and refused to refund delivery charge as they had done the(incorrect) delivery. I expressed my frustrations and how i was reluctant to use them as I always hear horror stories. She argued back with me. Not professional. The 8.95 delivery charge has lost you a customer, caused me to tell my family in Lompoc about the bad business, and a poor Unilocal review. Not worth the 8.95.

I tried to order an arrangement for my mom in a rest home in Ventura. I asked for a 30.00 arrangement, was told the minimum was $ 35′ plus 10.00 delivery, plus another $ 10 for«handling. I was not happy but the flowers were I, portent so I ordered. I then got a call back from them saying the girl was new and the minimum order as $ 40. Not in my budget so I called a local Ventura shop and low and behold, my order came to $ 45.00, I tried to «shop Lompoc» but will probably not use them again…

If it was my choice I don’t think I’d even give a once star. I’m not sure who the girl was I spoke to over the phone but I’d seen a few possible arrangement on the website. Tried to order a birthday arrangement for my grandma and it seemed like every arrangement I was interested in they didn’t have the flowers for it. She wasn’t helpful at all and was very eager to get off the phone. When I asked if I could call back she hung up on me.

My husband and I recently ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement to be sent to my mother-in-law who lives in town. We were surprised to learn on Sunday evening that she never received it. On Monday, my husband called twice and there was no answer. When he finally got to talk to someone on Tuesday, he found out that they did deliver the flowers, but to the wrong house since they had written the recipient address and phone number down wrong. They agreed to send her a bigger arrangement, which she finally received today, Thursday, four days late and the day before she leaves for a business trip. I’m very disappointed with their service.

Had a really good experience over the phone ordering some flowers for this coming up Mothers Day weekend. The lady who help me was very polite and helpful. The flowers were beautiful and I was happy with the cost. Flowers were delivered and my mom loved her gift. Definitely will use them again.
