Edgar Espinoza is THE MAN. :) I came in right before he closed, and he was polite, courteous and helpful. He got me the phone I asked for (in stock, I might add), offered me screen protectors and helped me make the best selection for my family. I would work with him again and again.

Fantastic service and friendly staff. Devices were in stock, no waiting 2 – 3 days to get what I wanted. The manager was very professional and knew everything about the device and service plan I chose.

I would give no stars if I could. Walked in and I knew right away I should have left when I heard the rep say I’m not sure how to work your cell. And it was a basic one. She didn’t know how to tanager something and said she needed to call the other store. But no I stayed and waited 20 mins because they have one person working there. She ended up freezing my cell and I lost everything. Then blamed it on me. Call verizon. Google it. Don’t go in. And if you need to buy something get it off line like at Amazon.
