Three of us went for lunch. They got all three orders wrong and we had to ask multiple times for items that were not brought to table with our meals. Will not be going back.

The food here is no different than any other Bob Evans you go to, but I’m writing this review because of my experience this morning. I placed an online order yesterday for 24 biscuits and a bowl of gravy to take for a potluck at work. When I got there this morning, the gentleman at the front, who I believe is the manager, informed me that they only had 19 biscuits and he could make me more but it would be about 20 minutes. I told him the 19 biscuits would be fine, but he did everything he could think of to make up for the inconvenience of my missing biscuits. I can’t tell you how much that os appreciated, not many people/places will go out of their way to make sure that their error is corrected. Awesome customer service!

I’ve given this location 2 chances. Once doing take-out and another doing dine-in on Christmas Eve. Both times were pretty terrible. As far as quality and service goes. i won’t be returning a 3rd time. I got pretty rude/snippy service from the cashier at checkout, the waitress barely checked on our table. They’ve blamed their poor service on being«busy» both times i’ve went. which is no excuse in my opinion. If that is the case, they need to hire more staff. I paid for sausage links and they didn’t come until i was heading out the door! Over-priced… do yourself a favor and stay home and make your own. Or drive a little further for a better location. It looks like they just barely throw together your meal. and it is not very good quality. they ALWAYS forget something also. No thank you. Not worth it.

They charge you more than the prices shown on the online menu too… So be prepared for that if you dine-in you will get charged much more than the prices you see for their online menu. My waffles were missing several toppings. they just put a little clump of apples on them. it was supposed to have whipped cream and cream cheese. but like others have said, expect missing items and toppings! It is not very good quality for the price. you can get Bob Evans frozen at the grocery for half the price and it will probably taste better!.. they ALWAYS forget something also. No thank you. Not worth it. I will quote my mother when she says«This place needs some major help!»…

Upon walking in the door we were told to wait and they would seat us in a moment. That moment turned into waiting for ten minutes to be seated. No lines and this was at 1:30 in the afternoon with scarce patrons. Upon seating our order was taken quickly. We ordered the three course special. We then waited for twenty five minutes to receive our salad and soup! But guess what. No salad!!! The entrée came instead with the soup and my husbands salad missing. No rolls either. My broccoli cheddar soup was so watered down you could almost not taste any cheese flavor to it at all. Horrible with tiny bits of broccoli way over cooked in it. The chicken fried steak was fair. Gravy and potatoes fair. Service was horrible. Did not receive drink refills while waiting the twenty five minutes for our food. Poor poor service. Other reviews saying missing items were correct. Glad I don’t live here. I would be making the drive to town for quality food. Only good thing I can say is price. But when you suffer that for quality I will pay more. Thanks!

Bob Evans in London isn’t much different from the rest of them, and a very popular place here, especially on weekends. One of the only places in town with free wi-fi. Service can be slow and I’ve had a couple of inattentive waitresses before, plus you will usually have to wait in the checkout line for a while before someone attends the desk. Otherwise, it is one of the only places to eat here that isn’t fast food or pizza, so I’m a fan.
