Great eye exam. But the staff in the eye glass section. TERRIBLE. Rude. Said I had a copay for eye exam. I knew I did NOT. I did not have my policy with me. She was adamant about it. So I paid it. The girl in the eyeglass area was having problems using the computer to get info on what my coverage was for glasses. I picked a pair of glasses out. She said she would call me wheN she got the information. No call. I stopped in the next day she had no clue about me at all. They office help sucks. I did get my copay refunded. But it should not have happened at all. This was my second time there. The first visit was great. They had a guy running the eyeglass area was great. Friendly. Knowledgable.
