Went there on an hour lunch break. The food was fantastic, but took 45 minutes to get our meals.

Ronetti’s unfortunately fell short of my expectations. We ordered original wings and a «the works» pizza. The wings were amazing and the price was very reasonable. The pizza however was blandly average and pricey. The crust almost seemed store bought and the sauce didn’t have much flavor. The toppings were good which redeemed the overall taste a bit. I would come here again for sides only or maybe a sub. I don’t see myself coming back for the pizza.

I have eaten here four different times. The food is always good. The order has always been accurate. Seating is spread out and is always clean. I have always found the staff to be courteous and friendly. A big thing for me is making sure my drink is refilled. I have been known to leave a larger tip than the cost of my meal at times if the service is good and my drink is kept topped off. Every time I have eaten there, the waitress we had was on point. I rarely have expendable income to go out and eat, but when I do… this place is in my top five favorite places to go.

They have the best super sub’s you will ever have! Every time we come back home to visit that is one of the first things we must have! We just wish there was a way to take them back to MN

Traveling through from a lacrosse game I reffed, I was starving and wanted some local eats. Get on the handy dandy Unilocal app and bam found this wonderful hole in the wall local pizza joint! Wide open seating, from booths to tables. Only one waitress was working but thats understandable with the few folks that were in there. Pretty sure she knew 91% of people who came in sat down or ordered out. Gotta love a place like that. I ordered an italian sub and large pep and banana pepper pizza with extra sauce. ORDERTHEEXTRASAUCE. Sauce makes or breaks a pizza and let me tell you… it made it! If you are in London, check it out!

Now this is the way to handle a customer complaint folks… I just got off the phone with Jereme, the owner of Ronetti’s Pizza. He had seen my review from last week and so he reached out to me asking for a few minutes of my time to discuss my experience with his business. I’ll make it short and sweet here. He had already done his research in trying to determine what happened with the incorrect take away order I had received last week. Basically someone in the kitchen really f’d up, plain and simple. I was given an apology for my troubles and was asked to come back at my convenience and give them another chance. Jereme said that he would make things right with me the next time I’m in town. Taking ownership of the problem scores big points with me so I will definitely give them another chance.

Said the wait was for 15 min and I waited over an hour. Not worth that at all. Very poor customer service. They acted like they were ignoring me the whole time I waited. Never will be back here.

Went here for a group shindig. The manager was very flexible and cooperative with the large group of us. We had our party up on the second floor(«second floor?» you say. Why yes! There is a second floor! It was quite a neat layout too). Service was very good, and food was alright. The pizza wasn’t much to talk about, but it was pizza… and I do love me some pizza. It’s a solid place to stop if you are in the London area. I really wish it was more populated so that they could get more funding to build a patio extending out over the second floor…

In a town covered in pizza; in my opinion Ronetti’s is real Italian. They been here since I can’t remember when. I know I was young then(lol). The food is great, Lot’s of variety, and the folks are just wonderful. And convenient. Don’t have to fight London traffic in the mini malls for generic pizza. And there’s no grease laying everywhere on top of the pies. Long time Ronetti’s fan. And as mentioned in other review; sandwiches? Yumm. The best. And fresh. Just call Ronetti’s.

So I was talking to my friend Sharon, and discussing my never-ending search for a good sandwich shop — and I hear about this place. It’s not really a sandwich shop, but rather a pizza joint that happens to serve sandwiches. Really good sandwiches I was told. How good? So good that I, Sharon, and her husband got into our cars and drove there. From the far side of Grove City. It was her husband’s idea. Got there… nice place, great staff. The girl that served us was quick to chat us up, and talk about the history of the place… the experience was just great. I’m not a particular fan of ambiance. I’m not that sophisticated, I guess, but I’d rather enjoy some great food in a nice friendly atmosphere, ya know? But that’s just me. Needless to say — Ronetti’s did not disappoint on those criteria. The verdict? We all ordered the BLT. Will we be back? Oh yes. But next time we’ll bring some sandwiches home. It’s just too much drive for one meal. But one meal and lunch the next day? Sold. =)
