Newly remodeled. Always fast and friendly service. 10x better than any of the other Burger Kings in the area. Large parking lot including designated bus parking. Very easy access right off of I-93 Exit 4. Not sure about the negative reviews because this place rocks!

The recently remodeled. I felt sick after eating there but brushed it off as nothing. A few days later I brought home a veggie burger and had full on food poisoning! Disgusting.

This Burger King is located on Nashua Rd(Route 102) just off I-93 at Exit 4, adjacent to Cracker Barrel. I’ve lived in the Londonderry area for about 20 years and have visited this BK many times in years past. I haven’t been to this one for a while, and generally eschew«fast food» more and more … for all the obvious reasons. In any event, I visited this BK recently. And man, has it gone downhill! Big time. Dirty. Disinterested counter help. Got my order wrong again(sidebar: I find that fast food places that allow customer topping choices get it wrong about 25% of time). A diminutive female manager was loudly berating a young male member of the cleaning crew in front of a number of patrons, e.g. «Hey! Can’t you see that cup laying on the floor over there? What are you, blind?» Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable for a member of management. She may have been right, but her mode of delivery and choice of venue was just plain stupid. Tables and chairs hadn’t been wiped down for a while; I had to wipe off a booth seat. Detritus littering the parking lot. Shady/sketchy characters who just seem to be hanging around(sidebar #2: The local police logs seem to have something listed every few weeks about a drug bust or something happening in the parking lot or nearby area). To be fair, about 7 – 8 months ago I ate at a BK’s in Andover, MA, and it wasn’t any better. Sloppily made Whopper; wrong toppings; barely interested staff(one of whom was talking on her cell phone while working!). Me-thinks there’s a pattern here. It’s my own fault for eating there, and maybe you really do get what you pay for. I guess I’ll just vote with my wallet and skip BK, in general, from now on.
