Fast service and good food! Prepare for it to be crowded at certain times but the wait is always worth it. The potato hash is absolutely addicting!

This place has the most amazing breakfast in NH. I’ve tried almost everything on the breakfast menu, and every plate has been Instagram worthy! The food presentation is top notch, the wait staff is the best I’ve ever seen. Their efficiency is amazing! Food is quick, and wait lines don’t last long. A must see!

Consistently awesome. The experience from greeting, seating, to eating. Janie and her team are what you hope for in any dining experience. It’s obvious that the staff there loves what they do and it translates in the quality of service and great food.

This place is awesome! The cleanest breakfast place in New Hampshire. The waitstaff are super friendly and food is great. Non-​greasy, large portions of all of your favorites at a reasonable price. I LOVE that they have a place in the front to get coffee while you wait. Why don’t more places do this? Janie, whoever you are, my party and I were all very impressed by your operation!

Bright and clean, my daughter and I went here one day when we were both home sick and instantly felt better when we walked through the door. We were seated right away. Much to my delight, a smiling young lady came right over with a fresh pot of coffee and continued to top me off the whole time we were there. I highly recommend a grilled, buttered blueberry muffin for starters. It was the best muffin we ever had. My daughter had a giant bagel with cream cheese and cheesy eggs which I had to try for myself (they were absolutely delicious!). I had the uncommon benny, which was marvelous. This is definitely a new favorite breakfast destination! !

Food is good but the syrup is sacrilege. The standard offering is Mrs. Butterworth’s. If you want real maple syrup, you get maple syrup from California for an additional charge. This is NH. We have some of the finest maple syrup, perhaps the finest, around. NH maple syrup should be standard at all diners.

Everything you would hope a breakfast place would be. Bright and cheery décor, friendly and fast service, and a great menu for breakfast and lunch after 11. We went for breakfast and it was super quick and yummy!

Really good. Had the hash omelet, great corned beef hash and good eggs surrounding it. Skipped the hash browns and took the beans option as it sounded different. They were very good, sweat and spicy. Sourdough bread toast was about perfect. Light and very fresh. Staff was extremely friendly, efficient and kept bringing on more coffee and didn’t seem to care while we talked a bit at the table allthought they were definitely busy. They seem to specialize in «Benny’s» (versions of egg benedict). Three others at the table had these and they were excellent. We were stuffed for the entire day.
Helpful hint: We arrived in two cars and each of our nav systems led us to different places. Mine closer to I93 and the other basically across the street. Janie’s is located at the corner of a very large strip mall, perhaps 3 miles from I93.

I wrote this over two years ago on Facebook and it still is true. I go to Janie’s at least monthly, which is more than any other restaurant in the area. While I almost always get their creatively flavored omelettes, nothing on the menu has disappointed me and they will make your breakfast to order. Furthermore, Natalie’s Coffee is roasted almost exclusively for Janie’s and is small-​batch coffee delight.
Their specials are truly where the café gets Uncommon and shines. Variations of the black and blue salad and pretty much anything Kielbasa is worth ordering.
The service is one of the best around. Janie herself runs a tight ship and has kept quite a few of her original staff around since the beginning.
The décor is clean, bright, and cheery, which fits the kid-​friendly family atmosphere. It is a new Londonderry landmark just across the intersection from Tupelo Hall.

Met a Co-​worker there for lunch who raved about the place. Unfortunately they didn’t do breakfast all day during the week. So, I settled for a cheeseburger with their coleslaw and fries instead. The food quality and taste was unbelievable! I put their coleslaw on top of the cheeseburger and that was absolutely fabulous! Unsweetened iced tea was great too. Now I can’t wait to go back for breakfast as that is one of my favorite meals. So glad to have found this new place so close to home in Derry. The restaurant is very clean and the wait staff is very friendly so if this is something you expect in a restaurant I suggest you try them out! I even met the owner who happens to work there as well. She is very nice and you can tell she takes pride in her establishment.

This is our favorite breakfast spot! Food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. They even have a coffee station so you can start fueling up for your day while you wait to be seated. We’ve also stopped in for lunch and the food is just as good then. Highly recommend!

The food is phenomenal. Always comes out so quick yet never seems rushed. Portion sizes are good. The different brewed coffee flavors are delicious! Service is fantastic and even when it’s the most packed weekend mornings, the wait for a table never seems long. My #1 breakfast place in southern NH!

Wow! This place was incredible! Great options for all types of eaters. Not only was the food amazing but the service was even better. Quickly seated and always checked in on with smiling faces! I would absolutely recommend Janie’s for all ages.

Small colorful diner with good portions of flavorful breakfast! Have a coffee station for when they have a wait you can help yourself to a cup of coffee (even flavored coffee)

Janie’s. If your local you don’t need to read this review. You already know how fresh and hot the home fries and coffee are. You know about the specials and that amazing walnut french toast. If your in the area, this is a must stop. Local salt of the earth people frequent Janie’s for the uncommonly good breakfast and lunch. My wife loves the veggie scramblers and adores the sour dough toast.
I get my usual eggs scrambled and always right, bacon, home fries, (wife likes the potato hash) and multi-​grain toast. The staff is very, very friendly and loves all of the customers especially children. They keep your coffee and drinks topped off and always honor any request like when my sister in law comes and visits and needs to eat gluten free.
My daughter always gets lots of smiles and waves as she comes in each Sunday. Breakfast is amazing, but don’t stop there, they make some of the best sandwiches and local burgers around. Nice thick fresh burgers that are juicy and plump. In over three years going to Janie’s, not once, not once have we nor any family or friend have had a bad meal here.
Oh one other thing’ cleanliness. Janie and all of her staff keep this place immaculate. From the tables to floors to bathrooms there is not a fleck of dirt nor dust to be seen.
If I could give ten stars I would.

2. Bennies. I love Bennies. Never had a bad one.
3. Fast. They always fast.
4. The girls are always fast friendly. Accurate with orders and never make mistakes.
5. Janie. everything she does is magic.
6. Clean. Girls always keep things clean.
When I want to have a good breakfast or a good sandwixh. Janie’s is my go to.

I found this place randomly and the reviews looked great so why not. This place is very cute and it just reminds me of my grandma’s house, which is great!
I sat at the counter and was greeted by a very nice waitress. I ordered the #4 (one scrambled egg and french toast) with coffee. I got my order and it was delicious all around. I came the next day and got the same thing and it was delicious again so they are very consistent.
Overall this place is great and they have quick service, delicious food, affordable prices and great atmosphere.
